I made the mistake of ordering a large order (to have leftovers for snow day) from a big box pizza place and after 1hr of their app saying our “order was in the oven” I tried to call the location and no one answered.
When I realized we were never going to get that order I knew to call Ruffino’s (like I should have in the first place!). Our order arrived under 30 min, hot and ready. I tipped our driver the same total as our bill. He was overly gracious...read full review
