I walked in, several people behind the counter. A young man immediately took my order, gave my receipt , no thank you, and I had to ask for my cup. Took 5 plus minutes to get my bacon cheeseburger meal. I had to ask if it was working as I stood to the side watching 1 person make the entrees and 4 or 5 people standing around talking and carrying on . There was loose language and the F word was used. Not sure who was in charge. The bacon on my sandwich did not look fully cooked and as I finally sat at a table to eat , an employee who I guess finished his shift sat on the guest counter for a minute with legs dangling.. there was a lot more unprofessional behavior that I could go on with. Let me say, I know it's hard getting good help in the restaurant industry as I managed in it for over 20 years but if this was my restaurant, I would rather be closed then to subject paying customers to this kind of service, behavior and food quality

They are supposed to serve until 1, they did not serve me either in a car or in person at 11 pm, they should change their hours if not they serve until the hour that they say is a waste of time

Spent 20+ mins in drive-tru with another vehicle. Once getting to window the employee not only doesn’t open the window. But does something in the POS computer and then walked to the back. After 5+ mins I left. Still hungry, and with almost 40 mins wasted for no apparent

This place is HORRIBLE. ILL NEVER RETURN. Tried to place an online order Sat in the drive through 10min then went inside to get it. Place was FILTHY trash cans overflowing & only 2 guys working. Manager in his office on his phone the whole time. Waited another 10 min nobody had anything ready. They need a NEW manager willing to help out & some employees that move faster than a SLOTH. NEVER AGAIN 0 STARS ???

Burker king is very difficult to screw up. It is supposed to be universaly a like everywere u go. The food here taste ok but as i said burker king is hard to screw up i honestly think they need to pay more the shop seemed to staffed with only 2 people. Its truly unfair to ask people to worlk like this. There was a significant delay in ordering to recieving if you go here please be patient.Parking: There is limited parking spaces but the majority of traffic is drive thru.

I have tried this Burger King a handful of times and have never had a good experience.The drive-thru takes so long that I wouldn't go if there were more than two cars. I have waited over half an hour in there just to get to the speaker and still have to wait another 10 - 20 minutes to get my food at the window. Then the customer is pretty terrible too. They have rarely gotten my order correct and the employees are less than pleasant. I get that it's not the greatest job but why be rude as a default?They have an odd setup as far as their parking lot (very small) and especially their drive-thru. Once you get to the speaker and make your order, you are stuck because they have a small, very unnecessary little curb on the passenger side of the car.I went there after it snowed and since the parking lot had not been plowed very well, my van slid after I placed my order and went off that curb. You couldn't even tell there was a curb there because of all the snow. I got stuck. They came out and basically just let me sort it out myself. They offered no assistance. I had to call a tow truck to get it moved. Well, their drive-thru was shut down for a good while.Needles to say that I am never going there again.

Food always tastes amazing and is hot and fresh, but I’m never going to this place again after the last experience I had this month. I waited more than 20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, and had barely moved an inch. So left the drive thru, parked and went inside to pick up my order there, and it took almost an EXTRA half an hour for them to get my order ready. They hadn’t even started making it. I tried to ask various workers multiple times about how it was progressing but it seems like they kind of ignore people waiting at the counter. I also I heard a couple of the employees in the back using very unprofessional language for a business environment. The food is great, but the service of this BK is super slow and absolutely horrible.

Beef recipe definitely changed. My Mom noticed it first, I decided to give it another chance, but I couldn't. Burger King is not what it used to be when in came to it's Whoppers. My Mom had a chicken sandwich on round 2 and she said something was off. Onion rings are still good. Fries were good too. Unfortunately I won't be back for the Burgers :( :( : (
