The crew on the evening/ late night shift are wonderful. Polite, friendly and professional. When it comes to the fast food industry people are always quick to point out the bad so I wanted to take the time to point out the good. Great job, keep up the great work!
Area near registers observed employee repeatedly touching her hair, then food items. No gloves!

Drive-thru employees sometimes do not read orders carefully, and there have been issues like missing ice in sodas. Staff members are generally kind and knowledgeable, with some employees handling busy periods professionally and efficiently. The restaurant is kept clean and quiet, and if a mistake is made, they are willing to remake the order after a wait. The management needs to fix the receipt machine, which has not worked for weeks. Overall, it’s a place where patience may be needed, but the staff often tries to provide good service.
