This message is for Corporate: yesterday I went to another Burger King for lunch to try the new Whoppers. It was 12pm. They couldnt open for there wasnt enough employees. Many were late. Now today , this location doesnt have anything in stock. Why have promotions if you cant stock the store? No Mex Street for the Whopper. Cant make the Ranch whopper too. Out of the fried pickles too so I cant try them solo either. Oh btw, the spicy chicken fries are not on thr menu anymore. I cant get those. Oh btw, I couldnt have a large meal because they were out of Large Cups. This wasnt 11am. this wasnt at 9pm. This was at 5pm. Not even dinner rush.

Your prices go up and everything goes down. Dont give specials if u cant stock them. Its dumb.

This burger king happens to be closest to my home. So I frequent this location often. However there is always an issue with my order being completely wrong, long lines and drive thru waiting times. But this past summer not only did they completely mess my order up adding egg to a non egg order for a person who's allergic to egg, but they didn't return my debit card to me. I had to call the store and speak to three different people to confirm they still had my debit card. Then just two minutes ago I ordered 2 duos " have it your"way with chicken jr sandwiches as my selection with cheese (which is extra) and not only did they not put cheese on my order but gave me a whopper jrs. instead. It's a constant issue. The staff are nice but whoever is cooking and placing orders are absolutely careless and over charging customers for the things they want and then not providing them. I'm definitely going to switch to a completely different location at this point.

I don’t know who’s running this place but 9/22 at 3pm theirs a note on the door saying dining room is shut down due to be short staffed to use the drive through. Then the drive through has a cone and is blocked from being able to enter. Yet, staff are walking around inside?

Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened. It just finally got to the point a review was needed for upper management to start taking notice.

Today is September 16th 2024 Monday @9:41pm.... Nasty Nasty environment I wouldn't even let my worst enemy eat here. My kids and my wife all got food poison from this disgusting place. After this experience, I will NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER BURGER KING LET ALONE ANY FAST FOOD. IT'S TIME FOR EVERYONE TO START COOKING THEY OWN FOOD. YOU DONT KNOW HOW NASTY THAT KITCHEN IS AN PPE

The lady processing payment was so friendly and made conversation, no one does that anymore. She went out of her way to compliment my shirt saying it was artistic and that she was an artist. This is becoming rare in the hospitality business.

Placed a mobile order and when I arrived at 9:50PM the store was closed(Google and their app say they close at 11). Wish I had read the other reviews mentioning this same issue. Had to take more time and order to another location and also fight with the app for my refund since they stated they couldn’t refund me in the store (there were still employees in the store). Will never order from this location again since they seemingly have issues operating. Hopefully corporate looks into this issue.

Had a great experience the staff was friendly and very informative about the menu. Wish though they catered more to people with food allergies but otherwise first time going to a fast food restaurant and my products were hot and not ice cold.

This place has irresponsible workers, rude and unprofessional. Arrived here at 7:45am on a Saturday to pick up Uber for a customer. Hours state 6am. The drive thru was blocked, the entrance was locked. I walked to the drive thru window to find a young man and woman who looked like they just got done doing the nasty. I told them I've been trying to pick up my order. I even called and the phone was off the hook. This is ridiculous.

They gave me the burger raw, it wasn't cooked, I think because they didn't do their job, they put it that way, it made me very disgusted and I was surprised by that, how horrible
