At any given day, expect them to close 2-3 hours before they should, as listed on Google/Burger King app (11pm, frequently closing down at 8-9pm) Twice this week I’ve ordered through the app and driven all the way there to find they’ve closed and I’ll have to refund my order (which is all done through a bot, btw). Other reviews mention wrong orders, that’s also true. Any minor alteration and it’s basically a 50/50 they’ll mess up your order. Just don’t bother…

Called to let them know they messed up my food and hung up on me. I asked for a plain bacon king not a double cheese burger. Maybe stop smoking weed and do your job right. We can all smell the weed.

Popped in on 2/22/24 at after 6pm for a quick bite and was super impressed ?Crew was on task and very nice. My burger was excellently seasoned and delish ? dining room/bathrooms were nice and clean. Good job ya'll!

An appalling ignorance of food safety was evident everywhere I looked. As we were waiting for our order we saw the woman who was prepping lettuce sneeze loudly into her gloved hands and then go right back to handling the lettuce. As I was leaving the same woman ran outside to chat with someone in their car.and leaned on the cat with her gloved hands. Other kitchen staff were using their hands to keep their dreadlocks out of their faces.To be clear, this establishment does not have an employee problem, it has a management problem. And it is a Big problem.I spent 28 years in food manufacturing and I would have been fired on the spot if my employees demonstrated such ignorance and or disregard for food safety.

I went there in morning with i saw two employees atleast look at me as door was locked wouldnt come to door i guess it was closed to inside dining which is fine but im driving big bix truck and im suppose to go through drive thru and take out all the overhead stuff there took my business down road to royal farms got breakfast there i would never go there again how do u not let a truck driver not order when u clearly seen i was driving big truck and it dont fit in drive thru

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went through the drive thru for a quick lunch, was not busy at all. We ordered two double cheeseburger meals. They got our drinks wrong which we realized right away and it looked like we had all of our food, two wrapped sandwiches two fries. So upon eating we discovered a fish sandwich and a burger with onion rings and no cheese, one full fry and one onion ring with a few fries thrown on top? The staff obviously have no idea what they’re doing or they just don’t care ??‍♀️ I’m rarely one to complain but this was terrible.

it was good, it really was, only marred by a small nitpick, ordered a burger, asked specifically for no onions, got the order, checked it and had onions, i brought it up and remade it. they were really kind but when i got the remade burger and checked, still had onions, so i just dealt with it and ate it

Ordered a chicken sandwich and what I got, while it was chicken, it was dried out and on a crumbling stale bun. It literally looked like it sat in a refrigerator overnight then was microwaved to heat up. I know this is fast food but I'd expect the food to at least be decent. This was for lunch where one would expect fresh food to be made and served, it's not like I showed up 10 minutes before closing. Burger king used to be on my list of best fast food but no more, from a rash of forgotten items to wrong orders to now a sandwich I wouldn't have fed a dog I'll stick to Wendy's going forward.

Burger King ? now has halfsies so half french fries and half onion rings! Great idea. Line was long, only 1 lane open, but once my order was taken, things moved quickly. Lady who took money and guy at window were polite and efficient.
