The greeting was wonderful. The presentation of the gift bag made me feel welcome. My room was stunning. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and this would be my first and only choice to stay when in the area.
Staff was accommodating & atmosphere were amazing. Place is clean & you can tell everyone has put efforts into making this a good experience, outside of the food. Choices are endless but most mediocre at best. Prime rib was cold, tough & not chewable. Crab cakes were all filler & imitation crab. Pancakes, French toast & waffles were also cold. Our first time dining at Eden Resort....the Sunday Champagne Brunch was outstanding! Ambiance was relaxing, food was fresh, delicious, of great quality and trays were kept full. We especially appreciated the spacing of the food stations throughout the courtyard.....kept lines shorter and less crowded at each station.
