This Chipotle cannot seem to add all items to an order placed in the app for pickup. I cannot count the number of times they shortchanged me one item or another. It is very frustrating to have to decide between wasting 20 minutes driving back or arguing with their online support. Happened like 3 or 4 times, getting really sick of it.

Ordered online, portion were small despite ordering double on rice. Especially upset about our kids meal order. The beans were so spicy!! I have never gone to a chipotle where the pinto beans are spicy. If I knew I would not have ordered it for our child.

The portion size is getting ridiculous especially if you order online and pick up. Why is there such a fluctuation in portion size? My chicken bowl that I picked up yesterday was half of what it used to be. Ridiculous!!

If they could stop running out of stuff & the staff could get 1 order right i would give 5 stars. But it's to the point, I refuse to order because I know they will mess it up

Well only 1 star WHY,,?? I made an order online, waiting time 30 minutes is fine, perfect because it was reasonable,,, I arrive on my time and when I enter I see 5 people waiting between picking up their order and some other delivery and they have been waiting for a while, then 15 more pass by ➕️ 30 = 45 minutes of waiting, I tell the employee about my order from 30 minutes ago and she tells me (we are not attending to online orders) if not in order of arrival, so what THEY ATTENDED TO THOSE WHO ARRIVED IN THE FRONT &&&&& then I ordered I returned my money and the Manager came to try to resolve and my Food and everything was served in bad taste and a small portion to which I told her and she tells me all this you have to complain on the customer service website... ok It went well and my food was very spicy when I ate it 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 I won't be back and I don't recommend it either... Expenses $56

This was my first time visiting this location. Of course, I had a steak Burrito bowl. It was up to par. The chips tasted stale to me, but since I had taken it to go, I didn't take them back. This location didn't seem to be as friendly as the other locations in Lancaster County Pa. However, everyone has a bad day once in a while, so I'd give them another try.

Service is terrible, if they're even a little busy they will throw tour food around and make a mess of the containers/wraps. When it's slow or an online order, it's fine.

Aside from the kid who was working the register who couldn't explain, why a regular chicken bowl with (1 scoop)of chicken and extra steak(2 scoops) would I be charged for extra chicken I received 1 scoop of it 😕? Besides him starring at me like I was speaking another language, the food at this Chipotle was excellent! The portions were great and actually had enough to take some home. Everything was freshly made & cut. I've eaten at several of these stores over the years and I don't know if I was just extra hungry or this location just really had it together! (except the register kid)
