Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to the Chipotle on Fruitville Pike more times than I can count—mainly because I live close—but every single time it’s been a mess. Out of food, dirty counters, chaotic staff, just not run well at all. I honestly forgot what Chipotle should taste like.

Everyone kept telling me to try the Rohrerstown Rd location, so I finally did—and wow. Night and day. The food actually had flavor, everything was fully stocked, the place was clean, and the staff actually seemed to care. The energy was better, the service was smooth, and you could just feel that this one’s run by solid management. This is how it’s supposed to be.

Fruitville really needs to step it up. Until then, I’ll be making the extra drive.

The Rohrerstown Road Chipotle has been a breath of fresh air. The staff is consistently friendly, the line moves quickly, and the ingredients are always well stocked and fresh. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. It really makes a difference.

Even though it's a little more out of the way for me, it's often worth the extra drive. I’ve been disappointed lately with the Fruitville Pike location, where missing ingredients and poor service have become too common. Thankfully, the Rohrerstown location has restored my faith in Chipotle.

Other chipotles I’ve been to are dirty, inefficient and unpleasant. This location is so clean and big, all tables were wiped and ready to be sat at. It is fully staffed and there are people working everywhere, which is rare. This allowed for the line to move quickly, food to be restocked and mobile orders weren’t backed up. All of the employees had a smile on their face and seemed to enjoy what they were doing and were genuinely serving customers. When there were no customers, employees worked in the kitchen and cleaned up tables and the drink station. This is definitely the best Chipotle I’ve been to, I love seeing people love their job and creating a positive environment.

Lots of food and they gave me a free double wrapped tortilla since mine broke because they gave me so much food.

If you think all Chipotles are the same, I'm here to tell you they're not. If I'm ever having a bad day, I come here for lunch - if I'm going to a Chipotle in Lancaster, I come to this one. The menu is the only thing that this Chipotle has in common with others in the area. The team there (especially during the lunch rush) is SQUARED AWAY. They operate like a well-oiled machine fresh off a tune-up. They move faster than you can spit out your order, ensure you're satisfied with how your order looks, and do all this with a smile, and the warmest vibes possible. You can frequently hear the team complimenting and encouraging each other, and it seems as though they truly enjoy working together. You can get good food anywhere, but great people...that's another story. 5/5 Chipotle on Rohrerstown! You rock!!

I haven’t been to Chipotle in at least 5 years. I did an online order for a steak bowl with guac, queso, and brown rice. I added a fountain soda. The total came to $20.94 and I was served this (see pic) and the Diet Coke and Coke Zero fountain soda had no flavoring. *sad trombone*

I contacted Chipotle corporate via X and received a free entrée to make up for this dismal attempt at serving food.

This Chipotle cannot seem to add all items to an order placed in the app for pickup. I cannot count the number of times they shortchanged me one item or another. It is very frustrating to have to decide between wasting 20 minutes driving back or arguing with their online support. Happened like 3 or 4 times, getting really sick of it.

Ordered online, portion were small despite ordering double on rice. Especially upset about our kids meal order. The beans were so spicy!! I have never gone to a chipotle where the pinto beans are spicy. If I knew I would not have ordered it for our child.

if there’s other chipotle’s in ur area GO THERE. worst service at a chipotle i’ve ever experienced and it hasn’t changed one bit over the last year

The portion size is getting ridiculous especially if you order online and pick up. Why is there such a fluctuation in portion size? My chicken bowl that I picked up yesterday was half of what it used to be. Ridiculous!!
