The next employee and nobody is holding each other accountable to keep the quality of service up? Very embarrassing. Had to make my own. Mind you this is half a chicken breast, like a $1 worth of chicken.

I went with my girlfriend after our long shifts excited for some chipotle bowls. I was very sad to arrive at 9:20 PM and not receive a hello or anything until 9:30 PM, I assumed it was just because they closed in 40 minutes. But instead, who I assume was the on call manager, stated they “had no more white or brown rice.” I was surprised since they do not close until 10:00 PM and there were 4 customers in line at 9:20 PM. They were also out of steak, chips, and other ingredients. We promptly left due to the lack of service. We usually love chipotle, but the lack of service was saddening from the staff working.

The soft tacos at Chipotle are pretty good, but the chicken bowl is on another level—definitely my go-to. The atmosphere is just okay, and the service can be hit or miss, but overall it’s still worth it.

We made an online order for 2 burritos and 2 bowls, and got 3 burritos and a bowl instead. The bowl that was made into a burrito instead was for someone with celiac, so they couldn't eat it. And it was missing the guac we paid extra for! The other burritos were poorly assembled and not very full.

All the online complaint system would give us was 2 free drinks. What a disappointment. Will not be returning.

The girl giving the rice must have been new she didn't know the names of the meat nor how to portion each bowl properly.

Don’t like to leave bad reviews. But I got exactly 5 little pieces of steak. I almost thought they were joking till they started to move my tray. And I’m too social awkward to say anything. Anyways. Portions should be bigger. Basically was eating rice and cheese for most of it

i like this chipotle a lot i think they are very friendly and efficient. it's definitely interestingly shaped 😅 food was good and most importantly by queso was fresh. wish chipotle was more affordable or id be here everyday

The rice it's always undercooked. The last time I purchased a bowl it was so salty I couldn't finish. I can't validate spending that much on a meal to be disappointed each time.

We have gone multiple times, and every time they are out of at least one essential ingredient (rice, chicken, etc.), and there is a lengthy wait. Definitely need more workers to keep up with the lunch/dinner rush.

I went in to try Chipotle for the first time. There were 20 people in line, so I skipped the line and ordered online. I ordered around 2:16 and was told it would be ready around 2:30. They made the order after the 20-person line had finished, and I got my food around 2:50. The chicken was undercooked, the rice was a bit sour, and the tortilla was stale. The tables were dirty, and the atmosphere was very loud.

I Doordash here and they are never ready. Always a 5 to 10 minute wait 🫤 other Chipotle's are great so not sure what the problem is here

Fajita veggies made our food way too salty. Never had that issue til today. Also there was a drink spilled on the floor and nobody had cleaned it up the entire time I was there.
