Not so long ago I would visit this location for lunch and almost always had a great experience, you could tell management genuinely cared for customers and the team they lead. Never out of product, friendliness, positive morale, clean, accommodation.As of the past 5-6 months, I've experienced a huge decline in all categories listed, it's obvious that a piece of the puzzle is missing. I hope upper management takes my review seriously and works towards fixing whatever was changed within the past 1/2 of a year. I guarantee many other people agree with this!

Portions are getting noticably smaller as they consistently rush you through the line. Why are chipotle employees so visibly unhappy ? Barely making eye contact, no one ever smiles and they make you feel like we're bothering them never have I felt this way literally on every visit. Can't figure it out as the atmosphere appears nice but must be a bad place to work because what other reason would there be for them to be so lacking in customer service.

For the price of a burrito they were cutting back on guantity of what went into my burrito from the last times I've been there. Or maybe it was the server. IDK. Food was warm and they were hurried and not there usual selves.

Employees never smile and I'll be the first in line waiting and employees are standing there seeing me waiting but none of them says someone will be with you shortly they just make you wait and wait and then abruptly force you through the line like cattle and then literally Everytime after paying they make you reach to the other side of the counter for your tray instead of simply pushing it towards youCustomer service is severely lacking at ALL locations I've been too and that's being generous. ?

dont go in there after 9 pm and expect to sit down. They say they are open till 10 pm. only if u want rude service. tried to skimp on service when making my tacos. no customer service qualities. ugh. prices are way to high as always. good food. why cant o sit down there? now i get home with cold food.ugh.

I ordered tacos today 2/9/24 on mobile order. The tacos were filled with toppings. They were so delicious and exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to see a lot of 1 star reviews. The employees were pleasant as well.

Very rude at this location. Barely gave us any food and then it was $32 dollars for two bowels. To top it off there was something hard in my meat. Not to mention they wouldn't help me with the app. Will not be coming back here.
