This was my first time visiting this location. Of course, I had a steak Burrito bowl. It was up to par. The chips tasted stale to me, but since I had taken it to go, I didn't take them back. This location didn't seem to be as friendly as the other locations in Lancaster County Pa. However, everyone has a bad day once in a while, so I'd give them another try.

Service is terrible, if they're even a little busy they will throw tour food around and make a mess of the containers/wraps. When it's slow or an online order, it's fine.

Aside from the kid who was working the register who couldn't explain, why a regular chicken bowl with (1 scoop)of chicken and extra steak(2 scoops) would I be charged for extra chicken I received 1 scoop of it 😕? Besides him starring at me like I was speaking another language, the food at this Chipotle was excellent! The portions were great and actually had enough to take some home. Everything was freshly made & cut. I've eaten at several of these stores over...
