When we were picking a foster care agency, we knew COBYS was the only one to consider for us and they confirmed that at every step of the journey. Their various departments and team members step up in so many different ways at whatever shape your journey takes. They take care of so many things that County services overlook or don't follow through on and I can't imagine how difficult things would have been in our placement without having COBYS to advocate or step in...
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with COBYS over the years. From the office staff to the *amazing* caseworkers, every person we’ve encountered at COBYS has been compassionate, patient, and truly invested in supporting everyone involved (the children, their families and the foster families). They’ve walked alongside us through every up and down — celebrating the good moments and guiding us through some very hard ones. We’re so thankful to be part of the COBYS family!
Cobys is detailed and truly cares about their resource families and kiddos in care. Each worker from the trainers to the caseworkers take the time to understand your family and shows so much support throughout the process.
