I want to like coming here. Food is good. Place is clean and nice. But the online ordering needs help. Placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It took close to 30 minutes. Which i get it busy weekends. I understand. I walked in and no one acknowledged me for the first 15 minutes. When my food was ready they walked past me and placed it on the shelf inside the door. Even after asking me my order number. At that point I was standing on the opposite end on the line because I shuffled down to make room for the other people waiting. It just seemed like no one cared. I have been there in the past and my experience was similar. Walked in and the staff won't even look at you. They all stood talking behind the couter. No one asks you what you need or at the very least acknowledges you. I dont mind if the pick up is longer. Please just give me an accurate eta. We have a 1.5 year old so going out is tough. I want to come here it just always feels like an inconvenience to the staff.

We had breakfast three times at Coffee Co. In Lancaster PA. Three times were very good. Our server was Chris G. He was very friendly and nice. We had another server a lady. I dont remember her name. She was very nice too. We are from Connecticut and had a wonderful time in Lancaster PA. We plan to go back.

Coffee it's 1-3/5, double espresso was lake mud taste 0/5, ice late was ok like 3/5. Not good for espresso enjoying 😕

Quick and friendly service for a delicious breakfast. The bagels are phenomenal and we all enjoyed our drinks to the last drop. Had trouble finding a trash bin when we walked in.
