Love the food here, but I used the Clipp magazine coupon for the first time last time I went. The girl at the register didn’t know how to process it, which is fine. I get that she might be new and the coupon might not be wildly used. What made me super uncomfortable was the manager that came out. He was super rude, said “give me your phone” to me in a pissed off voice..took my phone and processed the coupon, and then said nothing when I grabbed my phone. It made me feel like he was angry at me for using a coupon that the business clearly offered themselves through Clipp. It was so awkward, I don’t think I can be back after that experience.

Customer preference for table seating was given to those the waitress knew even though our party arrived 20+ minutes ahead of her friends. We left.

Our waitress was great with our kids, (2 toddlers & infant,)the food was reasonably timed and delicious. We didn't have alot of requests but they accomodated with grace. The coffee was great!

I enjoy eating here because of the different types /recipes of foods. I can find things I never had before or a twist on common Lancaster County meals. Our waiter was on top of it. I love the bright natural light. It is a little noisy for us old people with hearing aids but not to bad. Their coffee creations are wonderful as well as the ther drinks that they offer. You need to give this coffee shop a try.

We ended up at Coffee Co after not finding tables anywhere else, and we’re so glad we did! Everyone in our group loved their meals. The pancakes for the kids were great, my breakfast bowl with steak was excellent, and the croissants and sandwiches from others in our party were all delicious. We were seated right away, and our server was fantastic, friendly and attentive. Definitely a great spot for breakfast or brunch in Lancaster!

Food was great as always. We had a bit of a wait because they were slammed for weekend rush. Regarless, our waiter remained friendly, patient, and on his game.
