The worst customer service! Went through the drive-thru and no one answered on the screen to take my order and I went to the front window and the guy told me I had to go back around and there was a long line and he was very rude about it DO NOT come here if want to get served quickly u will wait more then 30 minutes in the drive-thru and to top it off my daughter went it inside after to get us the ice that we didn’t get served and she saw a roach so don’t recommend if u want roaches and ice cream!!

If this could be a zero star it would be. first off, zero customer experience when you are out of something. then when you are out of something and I order something else, how do you mix up Heath and Reeses blizzards. How do you give heath instead of cookie dough. when I just told you at the counter what I ordered, it’s a button bro. Another thing is how are your workers in hoodies, gym shorts, and sandals. Considering the other DQs I’ve been to have their stuff together and actually care, this was disappointing. I’ll drive the extra miles to another one who cares about the customer. Embarrassing

Worst looking cakes I have ever seen at any Dairy Queen. I was pressed for time or I would’ve went elsewhere and then I was told they would not accept a coupon for $3 off. So I paid full price for this ugly cake. Very disappointed.

Blizzard was “ loose” and hardly had any mix ins in it Person who checked us out could not get our debit card to work even tho we used it right before ( and at other places right after) Worst thing was how badly the entire place reeked of pot smell So glad my local DQ is nothing like this one

Bought a 7 dollar banana split and banana was rotten., they gave me another one and that one was brown too. Crazy . Not.coming back here again after this . And usually they are nice size and this one small and I am not happy . I will try post picture. Check your bananas , they be good for banana bread. Why leave a review Noone cares at dq.
