I called and was put on hold for 15 mins. My wife just ended up stopping in to order in person. Everyone was standing around with the phone off the hook, sitting on the counter. Terrible customer service.

Very good location! We have been ordering here for a while now and the pizza is always fresh and delicious, they usually have good deals, and the it's quick and efficient. I like the carside option where they bring the food to your car. This place is horrible. They have successfully got my order wrong twice in a row. I even made the person taking my carry out call read the order back to me when I called it in and they still got it wrong. When I went back to ask for them to correct my order they insisted that was what I ordered. If you want Domino’s, find a different location.

Every time I call the one in centervill they don't answer the phone. I know they get busy but I tried for 1 hr. The I went to pizza hut. I rather not go there but dint feel like running out of my way. I wonder if anyone else has a problem
I usually have a great experience. However this time the pizza dough was still raw.Edit: it's 2 weeks later I tried them again and this time they gave me the wrong pizza. I wanted half the pizza with beef and just a plain cheese pizza.
