WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Do no got here. I normally go to Starbucks and have never had an issue, but decided to do Dunkin this am because my son wanted a donut. We placed the order online ahead of time, because we were short on time. When I get there I proceed to go into the store to retrieve my order, at which point I saw a sign that said online order have to go through the drive thru. I went to DD 🍩 on Sunday 3/13 and ordered a grilled cheese and an iced latte with 1 stevia. The guy says we are only doing drinks and donuts. So that’s code for there is no manager here and we don’t feel like making anything. I said ok I’ll just take the coffee then. I get to the window and he hands me my drink.
