UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE workers. Not the first issue I've had there either but today was the worst. I placed a mobile order a couple minutes ahead and the the female at drive-thru said "Nah...you just ordered that" I said yeah I know, I placed the order. She replied "You gon' have to wait...wait there". I was completely confused as EVERY OTHER DUNKIN I have visited tells you to pull ahead. So I pulled ahead and the male at drive-thru said "we told you to wait there". Again I was utterly confused and not understanding why I am being with met with MORE RUDENESS from these workers. At that point I stated "You know it is unprofessional to speak to customers that way?" And the male stated it was unprofessional for me to not wait at the order sign like the told me to. Again, what??? I then tried to explain that this WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE YOUNG LADY WORKING AT THE DRIVE-THRU HAS RUDELY TOLD MOBILE ORDER CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ORDERED PULLED UP TOO EARLY. Also bear in mind NO ONE WAS IN THE DRIVE-THRU LINE! And only one person was inside the store asking question at counter (they already had their order by the way). There was literally NO REASON to rudely tell anyone they need to give them more time, or have to wait, it's IMPLIED. I KNOW I MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT. It is clear that the workers there want to CONTROL people instead of just make food and drinks. We don't need any extra commentary just make food and drinks. DO NOT VISIT THIS DUNKIN, THERE ARE PLENTY BETTER LOCATIONS TO VISIT.

I came in at 8:30 on a busy morning and dropped an order of 3 boxes of joe and 4 dozen donuts and they staff didnt bat an eye were very kind and somehow managed to run the very long drive through too. Very Impressed!

I usually avoid this Dunkin solely due to the employees not being nice.The last straw for me was:I was 5 minutes out from this location that I place my order on the app. It was a small order-nothing crazy. There was one car in line before me. Pulled up to the Drive thru speaker. This lady yelled at me saying we need to give them more time. They had my order ready when I got to the window!!!! I didn't understand why I was scolded for a order that was already ready.I have only had one "good" experience here. Generally, their customer service is horrible.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DD!!! Rude service. The muffins must have been days old. Stale, hard awful food. This place really needs to be shut down. In time when no one will patronize it what can they do but close. Please don’t go there and tell your friends to stay far away from this hole.

So I attempted to go to this dunkin' donuts this morning and I could not have been more disappointed. I parked and walked through a literal monsoon only to have a sign saying use the other door which was so small you couldn't see it unless you were at the door " just bad luck" . I go inside in the cashier ignored me for a good 60 seconds while I stood there so I went to the bathroom and came back. When I came back to the register they told me to just order on the tablet whenever I was ready. I inform them that I had cash how do I use cash at the tablet? I was told if I wanted to use cash I would need to go back to my vehicle and go through the drive-thru. So in order to enjoy dunkin' donuts I would have had to go in, find this information out, go through the drive-thru to order my food, Park a second time, then carry the food into the establishment just so I could sit down and eat a donut. So if you're looking for a great place to take a leak on your way home this is the spot. I wish I could give a review on the food but I wasn't going to sit in the Drive-Thru with my window open and get the inside of my car soaking wet to eat a donut. Will not be returning to this location.

If I could give a zero that’s what this place would get! The management is awful the fat girl working morning shift has the worst attitude. She tells you she’s out of stuff so she don’t have to make it. . She cursed at me she told me because I said I get the same exact drink everyday but when she’s working “ they are out of it “ after she cursed at me I drove off the line and looked in the window they were all laughing! This place needs new staff and a deep cleaning! Never will I come back here I will go to Columbia ave for now on ! Disrespect and disregard for customers is not okay!!!!

Good breakfast sandwiches. They definitely cater to drive-through customers which is fine. We ate inside, which meant ordering at a kiosk that only accepts card payments. For cash sales, you need to use the drive through. I actually prefer a kiosk, however, it did not have their newest menu item, loaded hash browns.
