I came in at 8:30 on a busy morning and dropped an order of 3 boxes of joe and 4 dozen donuts and they staff didnt bat an eye were very kind and somehow managed to run the very long drive through too. Very Impressed!
I usually avoid this Dunkin solely due to the employees not being nice.The last straw for me was:I was 5 minutes out from this location that I place my order on the app. It was a small order-nothing crazy. There was one car in line before me. Pulled up to the Drive thru speaker. This lady yelled at me saying we need to give them more time. They had my order ready when I got to the window!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE workers. Not the first issue I've had there either but today was the worst.
