Stopped in for coffee several days ago. The clerk was on her phone on a headset and never stopped talking the entire time she got our order. When we asked if Dunkin had a senior discount she didn't know but said she would find out, which she never did. We got our coffee and sat at a table for about 15 minutes during which time she continued on her phone with a very loud, shouting conversation. When we left she was still on the call and now a friend of hers had come in and was with her, both laughing and shouting behind the counter. Next time we'll go somewhere else for our coffee.

We ordered 18 boxes of hot chocolate. They were ready on time, hot, and delicious. We picked them up at 7:30am, an incredibly busy time. The owner was very easy to work with!

Closed early on a sunday 8/13/23 WHILE the two workers were there. Didnt answer the drive thru so we knocked on the door and they just stared at us.
The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to besides the one in East Petersburg. If it’s owned by same proprietor you should be ashamed of yourself. Terrible staff, terrible food and coffee.
