Stopped in for coffee several days ago. The clerk was on her phone on a headset and never stopped talking the entire time she got our order. When we asked if Dunkin had a senior discount she didn't know but said she would find out, which she never did. We got our coffee and sat at a table for about 15 minutes during which time she continued on her phone with a very loud, shouting conversation. I went in to order a drink. The staff ignored me and went to the back room. After a few minutes they came out to make the drink, and placed it on the counter, did not say a word, and went back to the back room. I was the only customer.

Our app reward was not working at the kiosk. The manager took the time to stop what she was doing to help us out. She figured out a solution to our issue and filled our order properly. Great customer service at this location!
