Used to be very consistent however if someone specifies 1 cream in their coffee it should not come out white. This keeps happening. Went up to Centerville right after and got a new coffee

Matcha is always ungodly clumpy and employees are always rude as hell even when you’re patient and nice about asking for a remake. Don’t work in customer service if you’re going to have an attitude for no reason.

Just had a horrible experience at this Dunkin! Found a hair in my drink, went back to get a refund and the girl was laughing. Very rude and unprofessional. Wanted a refund but she was “new” and unable to get me a refund so another male worker made a new drink for me. I would not recommend this location at all! Dirty and rude!

I ordered a 25-count box of Munchkins, but once again, this location didn’t have what I requested. I was given 15 glazed Munchkins instead, and unfortunately, every single one had a strong perfume-like taste—almost as if the person who prepared them was wearing heavy fragrance or essential oils. I tried calling the store directly with no answer, and I also contacted customer service, who said they’d follow up, but it’s been over two weeks with no response. I wouldn’t recommend this location. You’re better off visiting the one on Lincoln Highway next to Wawa—they’re much more consistent and reliable.

Was there last week and the girl collecting and serving was upset of even change and had a rough attitude not knowing that we live in the same area and the world is small so the attitude over even change gonna get her caught up in the real world
Can’t even make a hot or iced coffee correctly lately- 4 days in a row this week I’ve had to return for a re-do! It’s so simple: LARGE HOT COFFEE with Caramel (4 pumps) and Cream (4 pumps) - same for Large Iced Coffee. It’s clearly printed on the drive thru slip, and this isn’t ROCEKT SCIENCE. I even watched THE MANAGER re-do one by dumping caramel rather than pump the accurate number of pumps - no measurement at all - just eyeballed it! Tasted awful! We live within .5 miles, but will NO LONGER SUPPORT this location. We will drive the additional 20 minutes round trip to the Centerville Road location - they know how to follow directions and make a good coffee!

I always use to get my coffee from here but its been 2 months now i think they changed their staff or what but the coffee and the staff both are very bad, it looks like the staff have no tongue, they do not say anything when you go to window to pickup your drink and the drink is always bad, i waste my money every single day because i am never satisfied with my coffee now i start going to centerville brand now. Also they don't put espresso shot according to the coffee cup size they have a jug full of espresso shots and put in the drinks without any measurements thats why the drinks are so bad and never taste the same.

This place is horrible. No customer service skills at all! They do not care if you are waiting over 1/2 hour for an order in the lobby. They do not even acknowledge you. When you finally say something the man got extremely nasty and then refused to give me my order!!! I watched them for over 1/2 hour and I can tell you anything going out that drive thru window was dirty and not handled correctly. I watched them spill coffee. Wipe it up with a dirty rag and then wipe the cup with the same dirty rag that they used on the floor they used on the rim of the cup and then hand it to the person in the drive thru. Very dirty and extremely rude!

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE TODAY. I placed an order yesterday for 2 box o joe to be ready for 6:10am. When I arrived at the store no one greeted me inside and let me stand at the counter for 10 minutes. Every time I tried to get someone's attention all I get was the 1 minute motion and she said we are short handed be patient. Again at 6:30 knowing I did not see my order anywhere in site I tried to get someone's attention and once again the 1 minute hand motion and was told we are short handed you need to be patient. At that point I said I am patient but I have an order that was supposed to be ready at 6:10 and it has not even been started I need the order for a meeting that is starting now. Once again I was ignored but some man started working on the order. After waiting again another 10 minutes I spoke up and said I really need to get out of here who is the manager. At that point the man taking his time working on the order said what is the problem and one of the girls said I told her to be patient and she is not. I got upset at that point and asked for the manager or regional manager name and the man said wouldn't you like to know. The good thing about Dunkin Donuts are we are a franchise and individually owned and I want you out of my store now. He very loud and unprofessionally said since I was not patient and upset he refused to give me my order and I needed to leave the store immediately. I said so you are refusing to give me my order???? I want to know someone who I could report this to. They said their is no one and to leave. I said I promise I will make sure this encounter blows up and everyone knows how horrible they treat customers and how unprofessional they are. Besides the point that as I sat there for over 1/2 hour I watched them spill coffee everywhere, was extremely dirty. Did not clean up after themselves and just did not care what they were giving to the people in the drive through. Everyone needs to know that this store has no customer service skills and does not care about the customer at all. He specifically said that the only thing they needed to worry about was getting the drive thru line gone. So if you walk into the store they do not need to worry about you because you are not being timed and your order is not being looked at. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! It's not worth the way they treat people and the chance you are taking with the store being so dirty!!!!
