This Dunkin location used to be A-Mazing! I frequent this loaction a few times a week. The last year or so (I think it changed management or ownership) the quality has gone downhill. They frequently run out of items, their dairy alternatives are double/triple other local locations($1.50 at this location, other locations are $.50-$1) My drink orders have been not made well or at the same quality as other local locations.I hope management/ownership sees these reviews and adjusts how they are running this location.The best thing here is the pleasant employees. There have been employees there who have been there for a while and I hope they stay.

This Duncan always got my order wrong, even when I would specifically say, what kind of milk I wanted, they would never get it right. And I mean, never. also, despite me never changing my order, it always tasted different. An iced vanilla latte, they could not get right. Would not recommend.

This particular Dunkin’ on Columbia avenue, Lancaster Pa has just stolen my seven bucks that I could get good coffee from Starbucks. This place is disgusting to the core. The little gal just sold me mess calling it matcha latte. I’m so unhappy because I could just drive right at Starbucks instead I had to dump that cup of unflavored thing in the sink.

This is the dirtiest Dunkin I have been to. They kicked me out of the store for speaking to the employees who I knew. All of their coffee tastes like mud water and most of their employees don’t even know how to work the register. They watch their employees like hawks and don’t let them have any sort of down time while working long shifts. Their decorations suck and so does the management. Worry about the coffee before you worry about people being in your lobby. Will never take my business here again. Not to mention the bathrooms are disgusting and nobody can properly clean anything. Bunch of snobby 40 year old women who provide for their families by working at a beaten coffee shop.

I'm convinced this location uses tap water in their drinks... no other Dunkin in the area makes coffee that looks clear and tastes like water mixed with coffee powder. I order the exact same drink at every Dunkin location and this location always gives me something completely different than what I ordered- it looks like water mixed with a coffee powder. I don't know why I go back expecting different anymore.

Unfortunately this "use" to be a great place to get a quick bite. This past Sunday young lady on drive through mic was a bit short in her tone as if I was annoying her. Then my order was wrong, all donuts dropped in a bag so all of the icings melted together creating a mess.

Clean inside . Delicious food hot and of course the coffee. Yum yum how can you not like the aroma and taste of Hot Dunkin coffee. Friendly service and quick too.Parking: Plenty of room even with drive thru there. Spots were available.Wheelchair accessibility: Close to the door of course.
