This dunkin always has the best coffee of any of the dunkins between York and Lancaster. And the guy working the drive through today with the glasses was wonderful. Very upbeat, positive, genuinely happy to be there. Made it a great experience to help me start my workday with a positive attitude as well

The employees acted like I was an inconvenience by coming inside to order my coffee. I’d also placed a mobile order for donuts and they gave me the wrong donuts (if you know the difference between vanilla cream and Boston cream then you know..). I should have checked before I left and that’s on me, but my order should have been correct in the first place. I was embarrassed when I brought the donuts to work and saw the selection. There won’t be a next time here for me especially at the price point.

Received a cup of coffee with a hole in the cup. Called and they told me to come back to get a free replacement (Dunkin at a different location would not offer this to me) very friendly and clean store

Poor customer service. TK the manager lied about rewards points. I told him that a check out his employee re-ran the whole sale and my points didn’t go on my receipt or rewards account. He stated that he looked on his screen and he sees it on there, which was a lie. Tried to talk to him this morning, telling him the points never went on, and he gave me every excuse in the book without an apology even told him so go ahead and pull the tape to see exactly what he said to me and how he lied just to get me out of the store. Really poor customer service and I am letting Dunkin’ Donuts know that at the corporate office. The sad part about this. It was only a seven dollar transaction. Also on the receipt they have their incorrect phone number and the phone number of a number that is disconnected.

Just discussing the young people were nice but the old white big blond girl was disrespectful and discussing I asked her if she can remake the drink because she put a lot of asked when I asked for a little bit then when asked to change she just took ice out and put whipped cream to fill in where the drink was supposed to be so rude and unprofessional

Pulled on the parking lot at 7:15 wanting to buy gift cards, the open sign was lit, Google says they're open until 8. Doors are locked and the employee mopping the vestibule just gives me a blank look.

Fast service and nice staff. Don’t order food from them, it’s never correct. Ordered a strawberry jelly donut… why did i get a chocolate frosted? I ordered loaded hash browns the other day and they put the maple bacon in it?! Got a bagel with cream cheese and the layer of cream cheese was so thin you could still see the bagel underneath it.
