I have heard a lot of great things about Firehouse subs and I line that you can support our hard working firemen. This location is convenient and very clean with more than enough parking. My sub was good and the order was accurate. The workers seemed busy and that could be why they didn't welcome me. The bag of chips is small for the price. These last two point are why this place didn't get 5 stars.

My girlfriend and I went here for lunch on the fly. The first impression promotes a great message but, it's quickly overshadowed by poor quality food and service. I waited 30 minutes for a sub which was made wrong twice. I had no choice but to take my order to go. Very disappointed as a first time guest.

Came here to use a T-Mobile coupon for a Hook & Ladder sub & apparently, so did everyone else on this Thursday afternoon. My online order was expected to be ready at 12:15 and they called my name 20min after that. That is not on Firehouse subs , just bad timing. The food was delicious and you could tell the employees were a little disgruntled at how busy it was, but they made it through and did acknowledge the wait times, and apologized.

The food is good but very disappointed with the service and won’t be going back. I called multiple times to place an order and they don’t answer. I went there and waited in line to order. When it was finally my turn the cashier told me to wait while she helps out the other worker with prepping the food. When she finally comes back to take my order I told her I wanted a turkey sub and she had told me there was no sliced turkey at the time and she had no time to slice it. I left without getting anything. I just wish she would’ve told me they were not doing turkey before having me wait all that time. There were only 2 other people in the store so it’s not like they were busy either. Very disappointed.
I loved the food but I was very confused about what I needed to grab and what I was supposed to wait for. But the staff is really friendly and they try to interact with the customers. It shows they care

Nice experience overall. We went here once a while ago and enjoyed it, and went back again this time and it was decent. Good customer service, food was quick and good, and reasonably priced.The only reason why it's not 5 star is because we ordered the cheese and brisket sub, but it didn't really have any cheese on it. The sandwiches lack meat. These sub shops forget that it's not the bread we go for it's the meat filling. I bought a engineer, meatball, and beef and cheddar. The service simple. Ambiance clean. All 3 subs were a disappointment. That's this writers opinion. It's a one time first impression with me. This place will never see me again. Instead of donating my money for a mediocre sub. I'll donate to the local firehouse.
