Ordered two kids meals and one adult meal. Everything was fine with the kids meals, HOWEVER, the adult meal I ordered didn’t even have the buns for the BURGER. I ordered ketchup mayo and mustard and that wasn’t even on the burger. It was laying in a bed of SALAD. I am so disappointed with my order. Especially after really wanting to come home and enjoy a nice meal. BEWARE of ordering take out and make sure EVERYTHING is correct with the order.

Great burgers, flavor is great, and cooked perfectly how I liked them. They have unlimited wedge cut fries which are excellent. There is a topping bar with all types of toppings for your burgers, but my favorite is the melted hot cheese you can top the burger or your fries with, all of which are unlimited. You can customize the size you want for the burger from 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and even a Pound burger believe it or not! They also have a great selection of different type of meat, Bison, Elk and Kobe Beef, which all are great. I am a fan of the bison which is really good! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and place was kept very clean, the staff would even take the trash off of your table for you. I would highly recommend here as they do have great burgers and selection. To addition there is an option for plant based burgers and salads, as they have Beyond Burgers.Kid-friendliness: Good kids meals with options of hog dog/burgers/grilled cheese/chicken fingers, can even upgrade kids drink to a kids milkshake, kids meals start at 7.99

The burger was great. The fries are really potato wedges and were covered in pepper. It took about 15 minutes for our food to come out. The staff is very friendly and they try really hard to make the dining experience pleasurable.

I saw a video about Fuddruckers on YouTube and have been intrigued for a few months. I finally made the road trip and the experience exceeded expectations.The service was so friendly, I thought they must have known I drove more than an hour to try Fuddruckers for the first time! If the receipt is accurate, Tracy was the one working the counter.The restaurant was super tidy and inviting. Very causal: order at the counter and take your food to dine in or to go.The food is prepared on site and cooked to order. I ordered the burger medium and it was slightly overcooked, but still full of flavor and juicy. The topping bar was immaculate. The fries, as a thicker cut, weren't my favorite style but they were well done and fresh.I have since learned that a friend worked for Fuddruckers for a couple years and they had only positive things to say about the company and food.I really enjoyed the experience and hope this company bounces back. I would definitely go again and hope to!

Never was a big fan of Fuddruckers but that's where the girlfriend wanted to go. Over priced for what you get. Though recently we had a lunch (off peak hours) and it was fine. Not the case on this visit. There was a modest crowd for being close to 7pm. We placed our order and received part of it in about 10 minutes. Girlfriend got a salad but took 5 more minutes to receive the bread. My sandwich was missing fries and had to go back to to the counter to ask for my cole slaw. Was told the fries would be right out to our table. Waited a 5 or more minutes in hopes the fries would be out soon so I could enjoy them with my other food. Finally I started to eat 2 bites of my sandwich slowly and same of the coleslaw but still no fries and watching other orders go by with fries. Again went back to the pick up area and told they are working on it but are very busy. Busy getting orders after mine right but gave up on my order! By this time I just gave up also and asked for a refund. Won't be back anytime soon.

our volleyball players stopped by here to eat before heading back to our college, some of the workers were rude to us and told us "you are being on my nerves today" "oh you guys think you guys are the shit" when we wore the champion shirt because we won today. am not impressed with the service. the food was good though.
