“My husband and I make it a priority to try to stop in here when passing through the Lancaster area. Their pastries are unbelievably good, and haunt my dreams, lol. The green apple one is the favorite for both of us, and we feel that their fruit based pastries are their best, but you really can’t go wrong. Solid cup of coffee, too“

“My husband and I used Upohar for our wedding. The food was sooooo good and we still have guests talking about some of the dishes! We had a combination of Peruvian, West African and Lao dishes. We recommend Upohar to anybody wanting delicious food at their wedding. The service and care they put into our whole experience was wonderful as well!“

“Not too bad of an American restaurant. However, I wouldn't classify this place as a fine dining restaurant. If at most, it's a higher end casual restaurant. The food was above average as well as the service, but it wasn't amazing at the same time. Overall, a 4/5 experience. Cheers.“

“Stopped by and tried their delicious black sesame creme latte. A great nutty flavor and I appreciated that the latte wasn't overly sweetened. Love stopping here when I make it into the city. The baristas were also very friendly.“

“We came across Amaranth Bakery at a festival recently. They had quite a selection of GF vegan options available. The brownies were the absolute best that we’ve had. Amaranth knows how to bake!“

“Wonderful food, fast service and our server was great too. We dined outside and it started to rain a little and she offered us to come inside. We declined and she quickly got us boxes and our checks. The girl at the gelato- not pleasant at all. I sampled two, decided on 1 and then she says to me “the blue mat is down by the bar”. ?? I replied, what am I supposed to do with that. Apparently that is where you now pay for gelato which is not where I paid when I was there 3 months ago. She was rude to previous customer too.“

“Peanut and Tree nut free safe. BUT certain things involve treenuts. So you should tell them you have a peanut and/or tree nuts allergy before ordering. If it's a delivery order they will tell you to write it in the notes, but there is no notes so call and tell them your order name and that you have a peanut/treenut allergy.“

“We got a variety of chocolates and some Carmel apples. The staff was very friendly, however she gave me milk chocolate carmels when I asked for dark chocolate, didn't notice until we got home. The chocolates are good, but not $30 a pound good.“

“What a great place. I had some of their strawberry beer at Miller's smorgasbord our waitress told me where to find it. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager I wish I could remember his name sorry for that I asked him about the beer he showed me what he had I bought what I wanted . Before I left. I asked the hostess about the whiskey I saw. Bottom line if your looking for a great place for beer and whiskey and other spirits you will be hard pressed to find one better.“

“This is my favorite little breakfast/lunch spot in the area. Absolutely. I order too often from here and am never disappointed. I will always favor them. I absolutely love their breakfast items, the pepperjack tomato soup is the best I’ve ever had, and the beef bite is my go to sandwich. Their iced lattes are better than Starbucks in my opinion; I appreciate the cute box and presentation when they wrap my food up. I love the sandwich combo and getting a pickle on the side. Everything is so nostalgic in a sense and you get that mom pop business quality you don’t quite find anywhere else. *chefs kiss*“

If more people would be willing to work the service would be faster and the hours would be regular so for anyone not happy with the wait… I seen they were hiring 😃“
