“We just happened to stumble upon this place when we had trouble with our tour bus. While our bus was being serviced at Elite Bus.The owner and his wife were just opening and were able to accommodate 49 people. Just the two of them. Food was great and they made us feel so welcome. Great job!“

“My husband and I used Upohar for our wedding. The food was sooooo good and we still have guests talking about some of the dishes! We had a combination of Peruvian, West African and Lao dishes. “An anniversary dinner for us. Easy location to get to and embedded in a boutique hotel. The bar area begs for one to sit down and have a cocktail, however, we went right to our table. We had a window seat with pleasant late afternoon lighting. Cocktails were good pours and tasty. Appetizers of ceviche and golden beet salad were fresh and delicious. Entrees of Trout and Char were cooked perfectly and laid atop a delicious bed of vegetables. All meals were extremely flavorful and of perfect size. The entrees were washed down with a recommended Rose from a local winery. Good pairing from Waltz vineyards. Dessert was the hit of the evening with a chocolate flourless tort and sweet corn ice cream with a blackberry swirl...it was fantastic. Great meal, great service and most highly recommended.“

“Just had dinner at Bird-in-Hand Restaurant- the smorgasbord was amazing! So many choices! Everything was hot and delicious. The cheeseburger soup was very good! The homemade rolls- very yummy! Shrimp, ribs, mashed potatoes! Salad! I even had a mango slushy! Definitely the place to eat. Can’t wait to come back and try breakfast! Oh and dessert! Wow! Pies, puddings, amazing. Very Lancaster County authentic food! Loved it!“
