I get a mint ice cream cake here every year for my spouse's birthday. The cakes are high quality and always get lots of compliments!

The woman behind the counter would only give one flavor in the single scoop size instead of combining two flavors even though others have done it. They seem to have lost all of my loyalty points. Even though I'm due for a free ice cream better customer service is needed there

I ordered a birthday cake for my grandson on short notice and they were quick to respond and happy to help! The cookies and cream ice cream cake was a hit. It was delicious, beautifully decorated and my grandson loved it! I highly recommend them.

Freezer temp was not cold enough. All ice cream purchased was already significantly melted by the time we received our order.

I bought a birthday cake that was mislabled as a Sprinkles cake. The cake turned out to be what my daughter called blank, just vanilla ice cream and vanilla cake - no sprinkles and nothing else. We did not enjoy it. I emailed Good Life about it three weeks ago. They didn't seem to feel that my email, including pictures of the cake and label, warranted the respect of a response.

We had our son’s birthday party at the science factory and at their recommendation, we went here afterwards for ice cream cake. The cake was delicious and the staff was great. They accommodated our large group and were very pleasant with his. Highly recommend!

Stopped by this place based off the reviews and the amazing looking ice cream I have to say I was not disappointed I was very pleased with the service and the ice cream was delicious best I’ve ever had I had no clue before coming it was homemade and for how delicious it was the prices are very reasonable I would definitely go again!

I got the brownie sundae and was very disappointed. It was a thin piece of brownie that was not edible at all. Hard as a brick and the little piece I was able to get tasted gross. I paid almost $10 essentially for 2 scoops of ice cream. I am not a picky person and get a brownie sundae at every ice cream place and have never been disappointed but this was awful. I did enjoy their strawberry ice cream though so I will give them that.

Isn't called the Good Life for no reason! Lol. They definitely got the good stuff. Not cheap, but sooo worth it! ?

If I could give 1000000 stars I would. I came in from Cleveland for a few weeks. Thought I'd give this place a go. The Chai ice cream was so phenomenal that I went in the day before I was set to travel home to get some to try to transport. They were out, but the manager arranged a special order of it for the next morning. I was so amazed at the customer service and the fact that she was willing to go above and beyind for me. I am happy to say with a foam cooler and some dry ice, the ice cream made the 6 hour trip home still frozen! I will be back everytime I come into town!!!!
