This place is my go-to for smoothies. In my humble opinion, the best in Lancaster. The Nitro Boost smoothie with coffee, dates, cinnamon and banana milk is out of this world good. Mind you a bit expensive but worth it, very filling.
The food was good, the one downside to what we ate was the guacamole was not fresh, it was prepackaged and not the best, everything else was great. Prices also a little high for the amount of food.

Delicious, fresh food! I had the seeds and cheese sandwich (vegan) and the tropical buzz smoothie and it was so good. If I’m ever in this part of PA again I will definitely make my way back here.
