Brooklyn Pizza Grill & Pasta is a restaurant known for its cheese pizza, which one customer describes as "soooo delicious." The staff, including a "Madame" at the front, are praised for their friendliness and politeness. Customers have enjoyed their take-out experience, appreciating the quick service and friendly attitude. The "Grandma pizza" is highlighted as a standout dish, leaving a memorable impression on one customer. However, not all experiences were positive, as one customer was disappointed with their non-Sicilian pizza.
The restaurant has a small and rundown atmosphere, with some customers noting the place needs updates. Despite this, the customer service is great, and the food is equally as awesome, according to reviews. The wings are also highly recommended, and the classic cheese pizza is praised as a perfect thin, giant slice. Additionally, the chicken bacon ranch is a popular and delicious option.
