Ordered a pizza for delivery, when it arrived it was half raw. The crust was not fully cooked, the cheese was not melted and the pizza was cold. Will never order from Highland again.

Ordered nachos 3/16/24 that were served COLD with not all the ingredients listed in menu! They were supposed to be hot with a blend of mexican cheese but this had cold cheeze whiz. Very disappointing and though they took them off our check we were not impressed with the order. Will not be going back.

Solid beer selection, but that's about it. The food is average. Probably good that they took "pizza" out of their name because it's not really worth getting when there are several other great pizza shops in the area.Everything was fairly bland, and overpriced for what you get.

Food is bland, I mean really no taste at all. the pizza is the same, no taste service is slow, and you must wait for a refill or tell them you need one. to busy chattering with each other. and if you pay with a credit card it's a 2+ charge they don't tell you about. question everything, if you want something extra ask how much because they won't tell you.

The pizza, the toasted subs lacked flavor, more like retirement home food. Asked for a pickle with our sub and wasn't told there would be a 75 cents charge per pickle until we saw it on the bill. The restaurant is nice and very clean which I would give them a 5 star on appearance and friendliness of the employees. Dave W.

My friends and I have been going for years for trivia night despite the poor to average food. Service tends to be slow, but since we're only ever there for trivia, we figure they're busier than usual on those nights. What finally got me to write this review is that I'm tired of the owner not caring one bit for food sensitivities when what I'm asking for is a very easy fix. I am gluten-intolerant. They are one of the only pizza places I know of that offers no gluten-free pizza alternative. What I wanted, though, was a gyro in a lettuce wrap. They have lettuce wraps for tacos, but it's 'against policy' (quote from the owner according to our waiter) to use a lettuce wrap for a gyro. I would have accepted a reason of not enough wraps for the tacos they expect (for instance), but 'against policy'? He's the owner! He can make the policy!!! (And it's worth noting that I did get a gyro in a lettuce wrap a few months ago!) EDIT: I forgot to mention that the fries used to be real, and now they're processed crap. The menu did change recently and we had hopes that it would be better, but it is not. EDIT 2: And service is slow because they never have enough servers. I'm putting this one squarely on the owner's shoulders too.

If I could give this negative stars, I would I was just an employee employed there and I worked six days straight, got into an accident and was Still showed up to work and was only 15 minutes late. They chose to fire me after burning me out six days without any kind of warning whatsoever. This is why the turnover in the service sucks and I will admit because I am a very good server and I drove 35 minutes a day. I even told them I gave up a job at Ashley's to work there the boss didn't even have the decency to have a conversation with me. He decided to do it through text then decided to shoot another employee a text message telling them everything I was saying. I was just told by a bunch of customers that they were excited to see that I was still there. And that obviously means that the turnover is ridiculous and that's probably because they fire people without even giving them an idea of why they are. They said I was late over a dozen times I only worked there two weeks. I worked 10 shifts and I was only late for three they went off of another employee calling, and saying I was late on a day. I was supposed to be there at 5 PM. They thought I was supposed to be there at four and I was not, and so she texted the boss who decided not even to look at the schedule, which would be Adrian as well as Doug. These people are very ignorant and they care nothing about anyone they have no concern or care for anybody that works for them. I highly suggest that you do not go to this place because these people are a scam. They are messed up and they completely and utterly ruins everything. They told me they were going to send me the paycheck and blocked me after I said I'm not at that address I would like to pick it up so therefore this was very unprofessional the whole place is ran unprofessionally I highly suggest if you're looking to work here that you just don't because you'll get fired over anything and it won't be even a thought in your head until the day you get that text message. Because they're not mad enough to have a conversation about it.

My husband, my month old daughter, and I visited Highland on Monday night for dinner! Our server, Brian, was SO nice and very attentive! He checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks were always full, and even acknowledged our daughter (which always make a new mom happy) ? The food was great! I love their wing zings - so crunchy! Will definitely be back!
