Showed up on a Friday night around 8:00. We had four people in our party. Asked for a table, hostess asked if we were all getting entrees. We told her it was a mix of apps and entrees, she told us that tables were reserved for those ordering entrees only. We could sit at the bar. Totally understand why they have that policy, especially when they are busy. We walked past nine empty tables to get to one bar seat. Guess they didn’t need our business, so we left. A shame as we have frequented this restaurant for years. Used to be warm and inviting. Now, not so much.
We’ve been long time Horse Inn goers, but tonight was pretty terrible. Bar service was great, but our entrees took over a hour to come out.
We had a babysitter and were running out of time. Here is our $16 to go order of Tortellini.
Pretty disappointed for our one night out in a while and over $200.

Place is awesome! Great vibe, great food, and great music. The fries are to die for! One of the best burgers in the city and arguably the best ambiance!

Great place. The only thing I would improve would be the portions of food.

I was under the impression I could bring my horse with me. But not only was this not a motel, it was not a motel for horses.
Food was great tho.
The food was good but can be better

Really enjoyed our meal at the Horse Inn. Our waiter was friendly and the food was very good. We would return when in the area. Parking can be a challenge since the lot is small, but the food is worth it!

Loved this place!!!!
An old horse barn that was turned into a restaurant...very well done.
Food was outstanding. Had the Italian Beef sandwich, Shrimp and Grits, and Horse Fries. All great!!!
Tried the Paw Paw Ice Cream. It was different. Will have to find a way to come back here.

Apps and dessert were very good, but the main courses our table ordered were all just meh. Music got a bit loud at some points, I think it would make a nice bar experience for drinks but for a sit down dinner I’d rather go somewhere else.
