I ordered my Daughter's birthday cake and I was more than surprised. It was a superb work and the cake was delicious. The best part was the wonderful customer service. Martin is the best, he heard all my ideas, comments, gave me feedback and guidance. I will definitely come back for my future events. I cannot stress enough that this is a wonderful jewel in downtown Lancaster.

HOC did my college graduation cake in 2021 and it was fantastic so I went to them this year with another request. I wanted cupcakes made for my friends 30th. A baker and I came up with the design over the phone and she was very creative.

The day came to pick up the cupcakes and unfortunately I was late. Didn’t realize they closed earlier on Saturdays and due to my phone being on DND I didn’t receive any of their calls/ voicemails. Sunday they were closed...
