We had a terrible waitress who did not respond to us saying good morning and by the way her name is Kathy, she then gave us our seats my wife told her thank you and did not respond her as well, she left us waiting for more than 23 minutes before someone actually came and took our order , the manager sent someone else to serve us because Kathy did not want or cared to serve us, thanks to the person who did serve us who was really kind and very helpful, I will definitely not go back to this place even if they gave us free food...... I will not recommend this place to anyone

Funny ish story but my friend wanted to meet me for breakfast at ihop on Saturday so I drove out from West Chester. Unfortunately, I had thought the restaurant she was referring to was a different one on business 30 closer to my house, and went on a bit of an expedition to find this place. I wound up being over an hour off course but my friend waited for me the whole time and her waitress let her stay at the table until I got there and we caught up. I had no idea ihop had lunch options, but by the time we got together I was more ready for a burger than pancakes. Maybe it was just the long trip in combination with my hunger, but it was seriously one of the best burgers I've ever had and definitely an experience I'll never forget.

One waitress on a Sunday afternoon. She tried her best, but we watched two different families walk out at two separate times because they waited so long to get their orders taken. We waited about 30+ minutes for just our drinks. Our food was decent but the bill for 4 of us was $74.00! For a breakfast! Sorry IHOP we won't be back anytime soon.

Absolutely horrible place! Me and my family have never felt so discriminated and unattended at an IHOP before. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want to be discriminated and treated like an animal. When we first walked in the whole place was completely empty and now I know why no one goes to eat there. There was nobody at the front desk we decided to wait at least 15mins for a hostess to sit us at a table. After 15 mins me and my dad decided to go knock on the employee door and we said “excuse me can we get a table?”. One of the waitresses said “can you give us a second please” with the most bothered face and then turned to her other coworker and said “I hate these Spanish people”. This place is absolutely absurd and racist. There is no customer service whatsoever. PLEASE do not go eat at this ihop for your sake. Other people that also walked in said they felt so unattended and it is not a restaurant that should be serving food. Find another IHOP that will make you feel attended, safe, and have good customer service. No wonder they have only 3 starts they don’t even deserve any stars at all.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my meal.I was informed several times that my meal was coming. They told me when I was seated that the waitress was in training. She wasn't getting checked on.Finally I got my meal the bacon was not totally cooked . My friend told them no cheese on the eggs they had cheese on it. They accommodated her with another plate. I have worked with the public many years serving food. I hope in the near future , it will get better.

March 15 25Had early morning breakfast, Tina was my server and she is awsome!!!Scrambled eggs, light and fluffy cooked done, not burnt or runny.Hashbrown nice an crisp outside, cooked well inside and not mushy. Grits were cooked and not mushy or full of hard kernels. Bacon was done and not to crisp or chewy. 2 thumbs up to the cook today.
Eggs had a slice of cheese just sitting in the top so that let's you know they were cold Pancakes and hash browns were as well. Manager couldn't even come see what our issue was because her and staff was in the kitchen cooking.

We walked in and threw other couples were waiting. There were 5 tables empty and several tables open. We still waited 20 min to be seated. The front end is being run by teens with clearly no leadership. Waited 45 min for sub par food which is greatly overpriced. The service was non existent. We had to remind waitress to bring our drinks after she brought our food. Worst experience in lancaster

Service is awful. Waitress NEVER smiled, NEVER came back to check on us.Waited 30 min to be seated despite empty tables. Waited another 10min for server. She takes order. Brings coffee, no Spoons, no Napkins. 30 minutes later, still waiting for our food. Finally, food arrives, delicious.Asked for refill on coffee, 10 min later she brings it.1 1/2 hrs!Tourists! GO TO DIENNERS ON RT 30!!! I know I'll not return here.
