I usually always come to Longhorn for dinner, but unfortunately, today when I did my to go take out order when I received brussels sprouts they were completely burnt. burnt to the point where it tasted disgusting these are my favorite brussels sprouts and I am extremely disappointed. They are my favorite 😖

I ordered a ribeye medium rare and got a medium well steak. It was brown on the inside with occasional touches of pink. Having been a server in my past I know better than to send food back. The steak was still tasty but I was disappointed that it wasn't more bloody on the inside and bloody juice to dip my pieces in. The sweet potato with cinnamon and sugar and butter was baked just right
This time around the food was cold. When they took the plates back to the kitchen to reheat it came back incomplete. Busy night but you prepare for busy every night especially weekends. It's not the waiters fault the kitchen is slacking.

For starters the place is overly crowded and the server can with an attitude. I ordered a salad with came with no dressing. I ordered chicken tenders and fries to go that took 35 min. And came with no sauce and I asked for honey mustard.. lastly I ordered desert. A cheese cake for my son & it wasn’t even in the bag.. I’m so disappointed. And I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The service is very unorganized and the charges me for food I never got!!

Saturday night so I expected a wait. Sat down took waiter a while to get us drinks since he said there was an issue he had to take care of first. We then ordered food took over 50 minutes to come out. Just overall everything is very slow pace. Food came out cold. Horrible experience. Will not return.

We always enjoy going to long horn. Food is usually cooked rite. Our server was very nice.
Dirty glasses, dirty table, dirty silverware. And after trying twice still could not get the temps correct on steaks. Go anywhere else

The hostess and manager were able to accommodate our large party. Food was delicious and well-seasoned! The waiter felt a bit rushed every time he addressed us, but nothing we couldn’t ignore.
