My wife and I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken, and it seemed a bit rubbery. I did turn on my flashlight on my phone to make sure it wasn't, in fact, pink. I'm not sure why the restaurant is so dark on the inside. Perhaps they don't want you to see what you are eating. My son ordered the filet mignon with a side of broccoli. The steak seemed fine, but the broccoli didn't seem very well cooked. My son usually loves broccoli but didn't touch this broccoli. My daughter ordered a half pound burger with no bun. The burger, however, did come out with a bun. I'm not sure who didn't listen. As I was finishing my salad, I felt like the server was overly aggressive in removing it from in front of me. I did have one small bite left. It's been quite a while since our last visit, and I feel like we won't be in a hurry to come back any time soon in the future.

We took my 95 year old in laws to dinner. The service was fantastic! Henry, our server, was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us exceptional service! The food was very good and was served in a timely manner. We will be back.
Last night during the beginnings of an ice storm and after a very long 12 plus hour day at a cheerleading competition in Lancaster, my friend and I were desperate to find a place for our two girls to eat. Everything was closed and we couldn’t find anywhere to do takeout either. We didn’t think ahead and didn’t know how bad the weather was until we left the convention center. I walked into Longhorn hoping we could do a takeout order, but the hostess was so kind to seat us even thou I know they probably wanted to get home. (I wish I would’ve gotten her name!) Our server Henry went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, told us several times there was no rush, and even offered to go over the menu with us. He was so kind to us and was an excellent server. The food was delicious and hot, just what our girls needed after a long day. I can’t thank him enough for a delightful dinner out. I haven’t been to a restaurant in years and this was probably one of the better experiences I’ve had! Thank you Henry and all the staff of Longhorn for going above and beyond to make a couple out of town Jersey girls feel so welcome and for being so kind.

I have visited many Longhorn steakhouses but my 1st time at this location. The staff was friendly, food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Next time I am in the Lancaster area, I will definitely keep this place in mind as a dining option.

Worst experience i've had at any restaurant. This was our very first time eating at Longhorn. We were a party of three, all our meals were suppose to come with a salad. Our entrées all came out but no salad. After some back and forth between the waitress and her manager she stated the manager will come speak to us seeing how we were 1/2 way done with our meal and still missing a portion. The manager Neil came over to our table and was VERY rude. He stated there is not much he was willing to do but could pack our salad to go. He was asked if he could possibly discount each meal seeing how they were not a complete meal he daid he would see what he could do and he would be right back. He told our waitress to show us that he took our appetizer off the bill. Never once did he apologize nor dd he come to speak to us. Very unprofessional. I personally dont think i would visit this establishment seeing how they treat their customers
