We had a delicious lunch at Loxley‘s. We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t very crowded since it had snowed overnight. 🙂This was very nice because it was quiet inside the restaurant.
Our server was very attentive and kept our iced tea glasses filled, and brought out the food in a very timely manner. Everything tasted delicious and I especially highly recommend the crab dip appetizer. The loaded potato soup was creamy and hearty as was the French onion soup. We also tried the pineapple mimosa and cranberry mimosa since they were only three dollars. They were quite tasty.

We had a party of 17 and somehow they didn't have our reservation. However, they found a way to put Hightower together in the bar area. The manager was great! He came out to our tables 3 times. He was sorry for the mishap. He gave us all a free drink, too. He didn't have to do anything.
My cottage pie was excellent as always.

I was there last night with a group of 5 friends. Our server did not come to our table at all after taking our orders and bringing out our food. The live music is insanely loud for the small space. It's lovely music, but the speaker needs to be turned down so people can hear themselves speak. I was astounded by the complete lack of service at our table.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We had the fig and goat Flatbread, along with the brisket burger. Both were really good. Will definitely be back when it warms up do we can experience the outside seating.

We were just there and my wife's chair broke, and she fell to the floor. She filled out an incident report and that was it. They didn't offer us a free meal or anything. She is fine, but if it would have been an older lady it could have been bad. We have been here with my in-laws and it wouldn't have been good if it was one of them. The waitress was very concerned and kind. But was a little disappointed management didn't do more to show their concern

My workplace banquet was here and the place is magnificent, the manager, Matthew, is astounding in his customer service and care. He's such a sweetheart. And makes sure you are taken care of. He was such a blessing, and he was such a kind soul. He went above and beyond, and his humor contagious!!!

We’ve been frequenting Loxleys for the past 15 years. Over the last few years, we’ve become overall unimpressed. However, our experience last night was excellent. The food was great, better than it’s been in a long time. Service was amazing with Bri, who was very attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere still needs some upgrading but we had a great experience overall last night.

My workplace ordered us food from Loxleys for our thanksgiving meal. Veggies were gross, but the salmon was good. The real terrible part was that there was a piece of glass in my mashed potatoes…
⭐ 1 Star — A heartbreaking and unsafe experience for anyone with gluten issues
My wife and I came to Loxley’s for Thanksgiving because they offer gluten-free options, and my wife has lymphocytic colitis — gluten hits her like poison. We trusted that she would be safe here.
She ordered the turkey with cornbread stuffing and gravy, and we made sure to tell our server she has a gluten intolerance. We were assured the gravy was gluten-free, but no one mentioned the stuffing wasn’t. That one missing piece of information changed our entire holiday.
My wife got sick before we even left the restaurant. Instead of enjoying Thanksgiving, she has spent the entire day uncomfortable, exhausted, and trying to recover from something that could have been prevented with a single sentence.
On top of that, the service was painfully slow — we were seated late, everything after the first drink took forever, and the food didn’t arrive for over an hour. And when someone is already feeling sick, walking into a restroom with a noticeable odor just makes the entire situation that much worse.
This wasn’t just a bad meal. It was a failure in allergy awareness and basic care, and it caused real harm to someone who simply wanted to enjoy a holiday dinner.
I’ve already spoken with a manager, but I’m posting this because we need to know how Loxley’s plans to fix this. People with medical dietary needs deserve to feel safe — and no family should have their Thanksgiving ruined like this again.

Absolutely disgusting staff.
To not have a large event setup and ready to go is incredible disrespectful. Once we asked for a gentle(hey we have our surprise party and are still out here in the lobby) hurry up there was no push to move quicker. Not to mention they just stared at us and then proceeded to ignore us.
Honestly upset for the other random guests that were mixed in with our group.

Ordered the prime rib special, fish and chips, and the pork chop. All were AMAZING! Our server, Olyvia, was super attentive, knew the menu well, and was quick! They were able to make all requested substitutions and went above and beyond for the entire meal. Highly recommend!
