Had lunch at this McDonald's doing a convention service was good food also was excellent the only issue with this Mc addicts and homeless constantly try to sneak in the bathroom or hang out at the restaurant staring. Other than that pretty good McDonald's

Ordered inside store food took over 35 mins to get to my table. Mind you it was a simple meal for 1 person. Don’t recommend unless u plan on waiting regular restaurant time lmao

Not really sure of about all of negative review. I visit this McDonald's location frequently, and I must say it's the best one in Lancaster! I think it gets a bad rep because it's not located in the best part of town BUT I have never had an issue here and I have been frequenting this location for several years. My food is always perfectly made! They're even better than the McDonald's in Manor Shopping Center! Every time I go to that one, my sandwiches are always hard and crusty on the ends and the sandwiches are sloppily thrown together. I won't even go to that one anymore. But at THIS location, my sandwiches are neatly made, and moist! No hard edges! I love this location and am a happy customer! Keep up the great service West King Street!

King St lancaster ...I wanted to post because out of every mcdonald's I've been to, this is the only place I have consistently gotten my food hot, fries are always hot..and the workers here are very polite,I commend management, your workers are very friendly the mcdonalds on greenfield rd..the complete opposite, food fries always cold..people aren't friendly..but King St..I'd go out of my way to go there..surprised to see the complaints on other posts, oh and the sugar free French vanilla coffee..Best I've had . They make it so good..other mcdonald's just tastes like coffee with milk
