We waited an unusual amount of time for a drive thru order, and they forgot the sauces. Idk about some people but I love my sauces. Smh very disappointing to get home and realize they were missing.
The team there is REALLY ONE OF THE NICEST TEAM EVER!! I usually hate McDonald’s service and teams but they are THE BEST!!

Personally i think this McDonald's is great. Out of the 3 years I've lived in LancasterPA I only had one problem EVER and it wasnt even a biggie. I asked for no pickles and they slapped 4 lol but when I mentioned it the manager not only corrected the issue but was very professional about it. Btw I went almost on the daily basis because it was my biggest cravings during my pregnancies. Keep up the good work!!!!!
