Went to get food (mobile order) my lady ordered a caramel Frappé and when we didn't get it she brought it to their attention and the server (no name tag) who handed the food to us said and I quote "oh ummmm (paused for 4-5 seconds) that's broken" we asked for a refund and she said I don't know how that works with mobile orders (website is no help at all) terrible service, terrible food, terrible company. Burger King is better where they treat you like royalty be better.

Closes well before listed time. “Manager” on duty on 12/9 has the audacity to answer the phone to say we closed already well before listed closing time which states “open til midnight”. Might wanna change the sign before wasting peoples time.

Where are the workers at you have 3 people running around like crazy, and passed off customers waiting for food. Not far for your employees you are sitting back collecting money while they have to deal with the rude, downgrading, customers. The people working double hard should be getting paid 2xs more when understaffed.
