We ordered wings, chicken parmesan sub and mozzarella sticks. All of them tasted great. Their food has a unique taste to it that i've not experienced before. But I love it. It's different as far as the flavors. They're barbecue sauce, is so subtle, sweet and not the typical type you get somewhere and I really like it a lot. There mozzarella stickshave a unique flavor to them. The marinara , is very good , too. Also is unique too, not like others I've experienced before has a little bit of sweetness to it.Perfect. the chicken parmesan a sub was very good. The sauce was perfect not too sour. The breaded chicken was crispy. They did a great job. That was my first experience ordering from them. They also had my order done in a timely manner. And they were very nice and polite to me.

Been going here for over 10 yrs but as of lately I’ve noticed crust has remained doughy and not crisp.
It’s still decent pizza for the price ($11 XL cheese); but I’d rather spend a few extra bucks for a true NY thin style if it’s not being cooked thoroughly now.
I get it’s not a brick oven or anything fancy but it would be nice to keep pizza inside the conveyer a bit longer to give the dough a nice undercarriage and crunch. As of lately sometimes it can seem hardly cooked.

Ordered veggie stromboli, with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. WORSE stromboli I ever had. Ninety percent was onions! Only a couple of mushrooms and a couple of tomatoes. And I have been ordering delivery from Metro for a few years. Delivery #744539. Terrible experience.

We've ordered takeout a few times, and delivery a few times. We live close by, so I'd rather spend on delivery direct to business than use Doordash from farther away and have the food arrive cold. Delivery is fast and well done, food is fresh and hot - we don't order out much, but this place is a consistently good choice for good pizza. Better than Caruso's I think. TY! ⭐

We always get delivery and it's usually always good well we ordered pick up today and I'm glad we went. The place is not clean not one person except the guy pulling the pizza out has a net on. NO ONE IS WASHING THEIR HANDS some were outside when we pulled up and without washing their hands went right to making and touching food including ours I still let it go but then I get my sandwich and I specifically said NO SAUCE and guess what sauce. I'm not sure how the health department hasn't shut them down as dirty as it is in there. Oh and let's not forget the white haired guy in the white car and the guy in the blue truck greeting each other with the middle finger as we pulled up glad our granddaughter wasn't with us. Avoid this place trust me and if all you have gotten is delivery go in person and see for yourself well be taking the ride out the way to wabank

We normally really enjoy Metro pizza (the downtown Lancaster location), and we decided to try this location for the first time.
Unfortunately the food was cold when we got it! Not sure if they gave us an older order, or if they told us the wrong wait time, but it was just cold!
We would be willing to try it again though, because the other location is very good. I'll update this review if it changes the next time.

Ordered an X-large pizza, was charged for x-large pizza price, was given a small by a condescending man with gray hair and a beard. This is was my last straw, it’s a shame, I used to love going here. If anyone else has had this issue, Little Caesars is just down the way.
