Instead of towing people, try to grow the business. Terrible people, you have 100 spots and a max capacity of 30.

Mariah was our very bubbly waitress at the very unassuming Neptune Diner. Housed in a circa 1950's retro stainless steel rail car restaurant. We arrived with a group of 10 and quickly found seating along the back wall . Don't let looks deceive you! The extensive menu is loaded with wonderfully innovative items! Our group ordered a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items including a stack of chocolate peanut butter pancakes, chicken tender salad with avocado ranch dressing, and a Porky Pig sandwich (bbq brisket on a lovely roll). This is sure to be on our "favorites " list whenever we return to Lancaster PA!

My wife and I come here every Sunday, and we are greeted by the most wonderful staff each time. Consistantly exceptional food, especially the breakfast/brunch menu. If you are visiting the city, you need to stop here truly experience what Lancaster has to offer!

I took the family here thinking the restaurant was open and parked in the back lot. When we found out they were only open limited hours and were currently closed we decided to just take a walk around the block . Upon our return we found our car to be towed away! Dont worry it will only cost you $295 to get it back. Thanks Neptune. I'll be sure to tell everyone about your hospitality!

A very Unique Diner, brought back a lot of childhood memories. There used to be 2 diners in Columbia Pa that resemble this diner. Bob's Diner (The Greasy Spoon) & Columbia Diner.I miss both of these places.Overall a very friendly place to go, great food & reasonable prices. We will definitely be going back soon for a visit.?
