I have never been a fan of the Olive Garden, but friends who were visiting wanted to go there to eat dinner. I was pleasantly surprised!! We visited the Lancaster Olive Garden near the Park City Mall. Our server, Mallory, couldn't have been more attentive. The people we dined with were very demanding but Mallory took it all in stride and accommodated all of their requests. She also made the best salad I've ever had at Olive Garden - yes, your server prepares the salads. Our food was delicious, fresh and served hot. Tonight's experience has really changed my mind about Olive Garden and I will definitely return!!

The food was not good very little sauce. Salad was not as good as it used to be. The food is usually good but this time really bad.

SALAD WILTED and Warm.
Soup almost cold.
Only one set of silverware for party of two.

2ND BOWL of salad cool and crisp; THEREFORE FIRST salad bowl must have been last night's leftovers.

I've gone to Olive garden many times before and in many different locations. I pretty much get the same thing every time and have never been disappointed. This time was different, I was very disappointed. There was so little pasta in my shrimp scampi I thought it was a kid's meal. I told the manager about it and all she did was make one excuse after another and told me I should have asked for a side of pasta. I always liked hearing how it's my fault. I believe Olive garden is suffering from shrinkflation.

Got to parking lot for pick up order at 5:25p email said food would be ready at 5:27p didn’t get food til 5:45p. Sorry for the wait is all I get for the restaurant wasting my time…

A group of friends were meeting up for a casual Saturday afternoon drink (busy schedules and distance). Chose Olive Garden for the endless breadsticks of course and unfortunately our bartender felt bother and inconvenienced while we sat at the bar. Continued to ask if we wanted our checks (immediately after we sat down and multiple interactions). There was only 1 other table in her area that she wasn’t assisting but asked us if we needed our menus and rarely checked-in for anything besides our checks. We asked for said breadsticks (reason why we chose there) and it was disregarded and never delivered. Would not recommend returning due to Jay the disgruntled bartender.
