Oola Bowls Lancaster Central Market

I received an incorrect order at the Fruitville Pike store - I paid extra for an item that was not included in the bowl I ordered - BUT EVEN WORSE, the bowl I was given had peanut butter in it, which I could’ve been allergic to!! I’ve been attempting to contact the store and have received no response. I was a huge oola fan, but I’m not impressed at all by their customer service - lack of response and lack of concern. Very unprofessional!! I will not be back and I will be telling everybody about what happened!!!!

Made a quick stop here when I was thrifting in Lancaster, and I got the Popeye Smoothie. It was really good, but came to find that the smoothies are pre-made which is kind of a bummer? Also, one of the employees told me that the grandma granola has honey in it, even though it was noted as vegan. Left a bit confused - but my drink was tasty and would definitely try again!

where has this been all my life?! my first time trying and it’s AMAZING! the lovely girl at the register had answers to all my questions and let me try both bases before ordering. so deliciously sweet and healthy! thank you!!

Soooo good!! Tried the Oola Bowl and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh and flavorful. Probably the best Açaí bowl I’ve had so far.

I walked in last minute because it was my family's last night in town and they were so kind to make us an açaí bowl to go! The bowl was very yummy and hit the spot perfectly. I do think they're slightly overpriced but it is a specialty item so I understand!

I picked up two build your own acai bowls for breakfast this morning and I am writing this right after finishing eating mine. I absolutely loved mine. I first fell in love with acai bowls during a visit to Hawaii and these were as good if not better than some spots there. Prices are reasonable given the amount of fruit and granola and other toppings go onto each bowl. Personally, I got mine with strawberries, blueberries, bananas, granola, and honey. So good! I plan on getting these guys at least once a week.

Oola Bowls was an unexpected stop on our day trip in Intercourse PA and it was well worth the stop. The Oola bowl was delicious and service was fast, friendly and efficient.

The staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful! Will definitely be back! :)
