As someone who is pregnant and has had this sandwich multiple times in the past week i was so disappointed with my order today. Whoever made my sandwiches today did an absolute terrible job. For starters the tomato basil bread must of been in contact with or near muffins or some type of dessert because almost the entire outside was covered in a cinnamon/coffee cake flavor. Which by the way cross contamination should not be happening especially when people have allergies. If i had been allergic that would have a been a serious problem on your part. I ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and the problem was on both. Secondly the bread was so soggy and the sandwiches were made very sloppy. Only part of 1 out of the 2 was able to be eaten. Such a waste of money.
I will attach a photo of the cinnamon coating that was on the bread.
Great lunch. Thx
Manager stood in front of us at the Food Window picking his nose and eating it!
My daughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch after an eye doctor's appointment. After ordering we stood patiently at the food window for our order. Two ladies with gloves were preparing the tickets as the orders came in. A younger guy, maybe early to mid twenties with should length blonde hair walked into our view. He immediately started picking his nose. I looked at my 19 year old daughter and asked her if she saw that. As I whispered what I saw, he did it again and then ate it. I almost threw up. The lady sitting on the bench jumped up and ran to the counter to ask the lady who was preparing our lunch, if he was touching food. She she no, it was just the two ladies and looked confused. He walked back to the counter, put gloves on and ran his glove under his runny nose then proceeded to ladle soup into bowls. Again he walked away. When they called my name, I walked to the counter and told her what we all saw. She said that was her MANAGER! EWWWW. She told me she would contact the General Manager. While I know this can happen at any restaurant, to do that right in front of us is repulsive. I will never dine at this location again.
Slowest location ever. Expect to be waiting a half hour from when you order your food. Most of our lunch breaks are only 30min! Happened the first two times here & I won’t be going back.
This is the second time my wife and i came to this location for dinner and they didnt have any bread to go with our soup. Amazing, bread is there specialty.
And you can change it up for an apple or chips.
I came here for the bread.
30 minutes of waiting
I used to work here. Food is ok depending on who’s working. Also some of the customers were abysmal too. That’s probably why half the people giving negative reviews are old crabby people who think they’re entitled to something and thats why they got bad service. For instance they asked why the price is so high like I could do anything about it. But I will say that this location has gotten worse in general.
Extremely slow. We have been to this location a few times and it always takes FOREVER!
Very nice people but for the second time my online order took entirely too long.
Surprisingly terrible experiences. We gave them a second try after our first experience with terrible service and sandwiches that were so messy they were inedible. We placed a pickup order, which was incomplete because they supposedly did not have the breakfast souffle. But they charged the full amount and were very snotty about it all. They don't deserve the Panera name.
Restaurantji Recommends
they have closed the drive thru but don’t feel they have to point this out when I ordered online.
Parking: Drive thru is closed but we are not told this in advance

My sandwiches had barely any tuna. I ordered light lettuce and tomato which I did not get (more like light tuna) I also ordered oninons and there were none but sum how got two piceses of cheese which was what my sandwich taste likes and the reason I stopped eating to open it up. Called Panera as this was an online order threw up Panera website Spoke with Shannon who said this is the normal severing size and suggested I can come in a get another made when she knew it was a delivery order then she said she can send me A coupon in the mail for the same item. I ask if there was a way to send pic of the sandwich she said no. Also let her know that I’m a loyal customer I know how the sandwich is suppose to look I neve had this issue before. But again i Rarly order from this one.
Opened at 8am, other paneras are opening at 6am!!!!!! What kind of business is it??????
I can't give a review since I was refused service because store was closed on a mon afternoon smh
No one ever answers the phone at this location. Additionally the drive thru lane has been down for a month! I use the drive thru almost exclusively due to some mobility issues. If that isn’t enough, the mobile ordering site isn’t updated to reflect the available soups. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with how this location has gone downhill in the last several months.
