they have closed the drive thru but don’t feel they have to point this out when I ordered online.

My sandwiches had barely any tuna. I ordered light lettuce and tomato which I did not get (more like light tuna) I also ordered oninons and there were none but sum how got two piceses of cheese which was what my sandwich taste likes and the reason I stopped eating to open it up. Called Panera as this was an online order threw up Panera website Spoke with Shannon who said this is the normal severing size and suggested I can come in a get another made when she knew it was a delivery order then she said she can send me A coupon in the mail for the same item. I ask if there was a way to send pic of the sandwich she said no. Also let her know that I’m a loyal customer I know how the sandwich is suppose to look I neve had this issue before. But again i Rarly order from this one.

No one ever answers the phone at this location. Additionally the drive thru lane has been down for a month! I use the drive thru almost exclusively due to some mobility issues. If that isn’t enough, the mobile ordering site isn’t updated to reflect the available soups. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with how this location has gone downhill in the last several months.

This paera location is SMALL. At 4pm, then were already cleaning out the shelves for the night, which seemed unusually early compared to other paneras I've been to. We came here to get a snack and kill some time before an appointment. Disappointed that. There is no fireplace. And it is FREEZING in here. It's cold outside, and so cold in here that I had to go back to the car to get my winter coat. So much for a cozu place to have a snack and sit down forna few. Won't come here again (and I love Paneda.) The place is clean enough, and the 1 girl at the counter was nice. Coffee was hot. Tea water was BROWN???? Before adding a tea bag.

Had a pick up catering order for 9 AM. They “never got it” the 16 year old behind the counter kept swearing at me. I showed confirmation of the pickup and they told me to leave the store. Horrible horrible service. No refund. 113 dollars and told me to get out of the store.

Employees greeted us with a smile. Went in to pick up lunch. They did not have their advertised special, (bread bowl). I ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel for the next morning. When I got my order home, the bagel was hard, not edible. Which is understandable because the baked goods are just laying on the counter.

Today I walked into this location to pick up a DoorDash order, only to have to deal with rude and immature staff behind the counter. The first girl looked just plain miserable like she didn’t even know how to properly greet a customer. Then, the other girl did ask whose order and I started reading the items that the person ordered because for some reason, for this particular order, the name Lisa S. was only showing in the Panera’s system and not in my app. Anyway, while I’m attempting to read items on the menu, instead of listening; she was behaving rudely and ignoring and then her and some of her other coworkers started laughing. I was trying to figure out what was funny because last time I checked, that isn’t how you treat customers. Pathetic behavior.

Shady location. I was in the dining area, then they kept locking the front door (fire hazard) saying they were understaffed while about 8 employees and a manager casually went about light work

Got barely any avocado on our avocado toast ( & literally looks nothing like the picture). Hardly any pastries out, no tp in restroom stall, messed up our latte order. Panera has gone so downhill!

i cannot remember the last time they got my order correct, or even made the food look presentable. it’s always missing entire items, or missing parts of each item. employees are also so rude. i work in the service industry, so i get how it can be sometimes. i even worked HERE before, but there’s no excuse for forgetting items every single time, and half portioned sizes. also just be kind!
