The worst Panera there is… I’ve given this one too many chances. I always get someone else’s sandwich or cold food. Service is terrible, go to Fruitville Pike.

Love, love, love this place for breakfast. My boyfriend and I go here sometimes when we want a break from cooking. The portions are a good size and the food always tastes great! They are also very conscious of food allergies, which my boyfriend and I appreciate.

Came here to pick up an order and got really concerned about what kind of food I would get watching the staff just giggling away like a bunch of kids non stop….it got really annoying to the point I wanted to just ask if it’s possible to get a refund and leave then whilst standing there I heard one of them answered the phone saying sorry we’re understaffed and one other mocking the person who called over the phone….haven’t even received my order and i regret placing my order here….all this talk and giggling was just so annoying.

The doors were being locked at 6pm as we were trying to come in. They close at 9 but said they were closing at 7. Half of our party was already in there. Out of white bread and bread bowls that were sitting on the rack.

I’ve been coming to Panera for 20 years. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The women making the food got our 2 person order incorrect 2-3 times and served it with literally dirty spoon and fork. They also gave us portions that were actually comical, they were so small and pathetic. I have been a loyal Panera customer for so long - if this was my first experience - I would never come back. This particular location needs an overhaul on training or something.

The manager (I think) is super nice here! I ordered a self serve coffee and they happened to notice the brew I was getting was about to be replaced with a fresher pot. I just thought it was kind of them to say something and it only took a few extra minutes!

You order ahead of time to make sure you don't have to wait, but without fail you have to wait anyway. They're almost always well past the time it should've been ready. Also the portions have gotten a lot smaller.

I placed a sip club order for a large soda to be picked up through drive-thru. I pull into drive-thru and I’m told that the drive-thru is closed. Why would drive-thru be closed? In the time it takes for him to tell me it’s closed, he could hand me a soda. I remember when I worked in fast food. If we didn’t have enough people, that just meant you did more work faster. Shutting down drive-thru or closing the dining room was never an option. So, I didn’t get my soda. I didn’t have time to run in with whatever nonsense was going on inside.

I dont even want to give them a star..... absolutely disgusting. Every time which is very rare my family and I try to get something at this location. Its they are only accepting online app orders. The best today was my husband order a new French dipper sandwich, a soup and a macaroni and cheese.... and we paid. Than waited at the drive thru window for over ten minutes. I said to my husband to knock on the drive thru window... young girl came to the window who originally took our order and payment... and she said our order was next on the screen. I said absolutely not. It's been over ten minutes or more. At a drive thru... no absolutely not! We got a refund. The general manager Brian is very unprofessional and stating that he is short staffed and he can only get minors. I said to him very inappropriate and unprofessional to make that comment that you are understaffed. He said if I know anyone who wants a job to send them his way. I said absolutely not!!! Absolutely disgusting and disturbing how there was five employees running around, grabbing their head pieces and we had to wait over how long for us to just get a refund. And no one was wearing hair nets. He said that they can wear hats. Hahahahaha oh my! What a joke! End Rant!!!!

Staff were extremely rude lady at the pick up window was extremely disrespectful when I had confronted the lady at the window to see who said it. They just acted like it didn’t happen. Unprofessional long way super disrespectful. I would not recommend this establishment ever.

I just came in an ordered and chicken bacon rancher to go only to bring it home to find out that there was no ranch on it nor was there ailoi either now I didn't have these condiments taken off I wanted them on but instead I got a plain sandwich which im not happy about even my receipt it dont have it as being removed off of my sandwich
