I went in to pick up a dozen bagels today! As I entered I was greeted right away with a very friendly good morning! Wendy was very friendly and helpful. I asked for my bagels to be sliced not knowing their slicer was broken. She hand sliced all 13 bagels with a smile! Never made me feel like I was being a pain or annoying! Amazing customer service and I will recommend this Panera and Wendy to everyone!

Tried this Panera for salads when we moved here a year and 1/2 ago and they had hardly anything in them and just were nowhere near as fresh or good as the Panera where we used to live. Have avoided them all this time. Decided to try them today for sandwiches. Very good, just like our old Panera. And the cashier at the takeout window was very sweet. Holding onto a star until we try the salads again next time. Hopeful.

The food was decent enough, but the drive through at breakfast took 20-25 minutes for just 3 or 4 cars. The food was okay, but no plasticware was included with my bagel and cream cheese.

I ordered a green goddess with chicken sandwich. the cashier said a caprice sandwich is the same thing and that's what she ordered but they are not the same that sandwich did not taste good at all and it was definitely not like a green goddess. It was a waste of

I paid $8.50 for soup and a piece of bread and this is the piece of bread I got. Come on now. This is a multi million dollar company. I should at least get quality food.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch today. I must say they really skimped on the chicken noodle soup bread bowl. There was hardly any soup in it and no broth. I didn’t want to be difficult but I should have asked for more soup. It’s like they only filled it halfway. My wife had the cheddar broccoli which was filled to the brim. Added to that the manager asked us if he were done and seemed to be rushing us out of there and clearly I still had a bread bowl and piece of bread I was in the middle of eating. I get they were swamped today but they shouldn’t be rushing customers out the door. I’ll still give this Panera another chance but if they skimp on the soup again I will point it out to them while I’m there.

One star for nice employees. Had to wait for someone I drove 7 am so thought I would get a bite and hang out with my tablet. I got a coffee and breakfast sandwich meh, small for the price and tiny amount of tasteless cheese. Lousy music. It was 36 degrees out and the ac was on. I do not like being hot but this place was an icebox. Only booths and tables no cute little comfortable areas to hang out in like other paneras.

I'd give it neg 10 if I could. 30 mins for 2 bagels wow. I watched full meals placed after our order go out. Hot chocolate that was Luke warm. I would not recommend. This was during a slower time I would hate to see what happens in a rush.

I've been to several locations of this Cafe chain and this is by far the worst, the employees don't take the food to the rapid pick up shelf and when you do go to pick up your food at the counter there's just tons of orders sitting there, they don't even have the decency to put the name on the bag, this is just the worst panara I've ever been too.
