No one ever answers the phone at this location. Additionally the drive thru lane has been down for a month! I use the drive thru almost exclusively due to some mobility issues. If that isn’t enough, the mobile ordering site isn’t updated to reflect the available soups. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with how this location has gone downhill in the last several months.
This paera location is SMALL. At 4pm, then were already cleaning out the shelves for the night, which seemed unusually early compared to other paneras I've been to. We came here to get a snack and kill some time before an appointment. Disappointed that. There is no fireplace. And it is FREEZING in here. It's cold outside, and so cold in here that I had to go back to the car to get my winter coat. So much for a cozu place to have a snack and sit down forna few. Won't...
great location! did not know Panera discontinued broccoli cheddar mac, disappointing. the cashier seemed distracted, or maybe needs to get the corn out of her ears. but otherwise an excellent experience
