Amazing service, coffee and food!
The Cinnamon cronut is a must. Highly recommended đ„
Excellent oat milk latte and amazing customer service.
I came to Passenger today for the pop-up they were doing with Elsewhere bread. I love Elsewhere bread, and that is what brought me to the Passenger location on Plum street. There was a long line, but it moved fast. I was also excited to try something new at a drink place I had never been to. I opted for a Chamomile tea. The lady asked if I would like her to steep it (this would take 5 minutes), or just a tea bag. I opted for just a tea bag. I continued to watch for 20 minutes as she, and another gentleman proceeded to make orders after mine. She even asked two girls who ordered after me, âwhat did you get again?â Then, she finally came to me and asked what I had ordered. It literally took her 5 seconds to put the tea in a bag and fill the cup up with hot water. I get it gets busy, and orders may be forgotten. But, to wait 20 mins for a simple tea, and see 10 to 15 people who ordered after you get their drinks made right after they had ordered is just not right. All she said was âsorry about the wait.â I am not confrontational and didnât want to say anything, so I just said it was okay. I will definitely be back for a pop-up in the future for Elsewhere bread, but I will NOT come back to Passenger because of this customer service experience.
Great vibes and kind employees. Highly recommended
Such a great spot for a latte. The lemon lavender shortbread wasnât my fave but the strawberry poptart was awesome!
Had a tasty cortado (espresso and steamed milk) and very friendly staff! I got a bacon biscuit as well, which came with butter.
Not many coffee options and the coffee was just okay
Passenger has become my Friday morning treat. Quick easy service with some very good coffee and lite bites.

Hands down the best, really handcrafted coffee I've had in a VERY long time. The guy running the show recommended trying the house chai, and I was blown away. I didn't know chai could be that good. Also had a cappuccino, and I was just as impressed. The owner(?) was super friendly, helpful, and kind with everything. It's a bit off the beaten track if you're driving, but I recommend finding this place and stopping in!

Not a huge selection for breakfast- baked goods. No flavor additions. Basic coffee. Cute place though.
