Our favorite coffee spot...

Walked over with a friend today and the staff was very friendly upon arrival, they answered all of our questions about the menu. We had their iced matcha with oat milk and a iced latte with milk. We also grabbed their biscuit with strawberry jam and butter. Everything was refreshing and had a great taste! I would definitely recommend.

I guess the people that rate this place so highly are buying anything other than the drip coffee, which I’ve tried three times, and hated every time. Extremely disappointing, over-roasted/burnt, and overpriced. Hope you’re planning on takeout, because this is not the kind of place where you can sit down and enjoy your drink, chat, etc, or bless you can get on of the two seats on the sidewalk. Really odd location.

Perfect light roast 3rd wave coffee, excellent latte and cortado, and the maple scone wasn't too shabby either!

Their coffee and presentation are top notch.
The location is perfect for me. It’s cozy and quiet. The latte is always delicious, and the desserts are great too.

Excellent oat milk latte and amazing customer service.
I came to Passenger today for the pop-up they were doing with Elsewhere bread. I love Elsewhere bread, and that is what brought me to the Passenger location on Plum street. There was a long line, but it moved fast. I was also excited to try something new at a drink place I had never been to. I opted for a Chamomile tea. The lady asked if I would like her to steep it (this would take 5 minutes), or just a tea bag. I opted for just a tea bag. I continued to watch for 20 minutes as she, and another gentleman proceeded to make orders after mine. She even asked two girls who ordered after me, “what did you get again?” Then, she finally came to me and asked what I had ordered. It literally took her 5 seconds to put the tea in a bag and fill the cup up with hot water. I get it gets busy, and orders may be forgotten. But, to wait 20 mins for a simple tea, and see 10 to 15 people who ordered after you get their drinks made right after they had ordered is just not right. All she said was “sorry about the wait.” I am not confrontational and didn’t want to say anything, so I just said it was okay. I will definitely be back for a pop-up in the future for Elsewhere bread, but I will NOT come back to Passenger because of this customer service experience.
Great vibes and kind employees. Highly recommended

Such a great spot for a latte. The lemon lavender shortbread wasn’t my fave but the strawberry poptart was awesome!
Had a tasty cortado (espresso and steamed milk) and very friendly staff! I got a bacon biscuit as well, which came with butter.
Not many coffee options and the coffee was just okay
Passenger has become my Friday morning treat. Quick easy service with some very good coffee and lite bites.
