We placed a delivery order over an hour before they closed, then checked the ETA and saw it was cancelled. We were not informed, so we called back and were put on hold for 20 minutes until the store then closed. Terrible costumer service. I would not recommend going to this location.

Awful. Placed an order received confirmation after an hour of waiting for delivery, it says they’re still preparing it. Called the store no answer, finally they’re call center answered me which was the worst customer service I’ve ever had and I truly mean that, I’ve been on hold for now 20 mins and still no answer from the store.
The experience is terrible, the thick lady who works there has racial problems, mistreats you and tells you to leave, for her part the supervisor of the place ignores your problem, she is still there and no one has anything

Customer service is non existent at this location I asked a question about price and was treated horribly from there.
Manager was chewing tobacco (which was all over her teeth, mouth, and lips) while she came up to see "what I wanted and what I wanted her to do for me."
Finally I did make an inappropriate comment about their rate of pay which was wrong on my part.
Long story short save yourself the headache and frustration and go to one of the other 37 pizza places in a 4 mile radius.

I ordered on GrubHub and bought a $19.21 deal WHICH IS 16 wings and two small orders of fries I literally only got 11 of those wings five of them were like these little crumbs that float at the top of the grease fryers so I know the people ate my wings AND REPLACED because it was just ridiculous I should have took a picture but I was just too frustrated you spend all this money you spend all the extra fees and like the kids in the back or the dogs in the back are eating the food and giving you just crap it's not fair like come on now how are you charging these out same prices and allowing crap to go out how about you install cameras and show the quality product you're putting out there so when I get my product I can say yep that's exactly what I got or no it's not and prove that you're not giving out either good quality or you allow this stolen and taken too much money to be stealing from poor families no very upset one star talk to your staff tonight today's date is December 14th I ordered about 5:00 so 6:22 whoever's working then check them out 5 whole boneless wings nothing nothing nothing nothing just little scabs of dust floating from the top of your fryer just upsetting 20 bucks for 11 CRAPPY wings and two small fries like come on now.
