Pizza and service were good! Pizza is very unique and not like some of the other local pizza shops. A little more expensive than what I thought it should be, but I would definitely go back! Overall it was a great experience.
As foodies we tried to place the pizza crust ingredients. Bread flour? All purpose flour? A mix?? The crust is softer than the classic strong Italian bite/pull/chew pizzeria style. But holds up to the one hand fold/hold/bite with toppings. Our only TEENSY quibble would be to have ingredients closer to the edges with less outer crust. But who are we to judge a phenomenal product??

Came here with my sister and nephews today. First off the place is extremely clean and well put together, the open kitchen view is beautiful and the atmosphere is stellar. Food was amazing, the server was beautiful and a very warm person to be waited in by, hope to return

Ate here for the first time on a weekday before dinner time, and there was no wait. The waiter (if you can even call them that) did not visit our table until delivering food, since you order online via a QR code. The food was good, and the pizzas were unique and well cooked. My table mates enjoyed the prosciutto. However, the experience was sub-par due to the service. Waiters and waitresses (again, if you can even call them that) brought our food and drinks to the table, announced what it was, and left the dishes or cups on the corner instead of handing it to the person who ordered. In one instance, as the table was filling up and space was limited, I clarified who the dish was for and pointed, but they audibly said “whatever, just pass it to them” and left it on the table. It was not crowded and staff could be seen standing around and socializing amongst themselves. For the mid to upscale price, I expected better service.

Food is overpriced but always great. Staff was friendly except for the short blond kid (girl) that put my name in the waitlist and the hostess. So this time the one star goes out to them.While waiting for a table, few minutes late, we noticed a family coming and being seated right away. When I inquired the kid about that, the hostess realizing that the employee didn’t know what to do, rudely said that family had come at the same time as us ?.When comes our turn to be seated, the kid (short blond girl) trying to make things better, started arguing to me that the family was there first but then they left and came back again after us ?♀️!!!It turns out that this girl didn’t realize we were waiting for the table by the door and we saw her hugging all 4 family members when they stepped in, it was clear they were close friends and they cut in line!Such a bad attitude lying to your customers and how pathetic was the “hostess” trying to cover up, even my 9 yo noticed the situation! Very sad customers need to deal with it when you don’t pay attention the type of employee run your business.

Pizzas delicious. Dessert excellent. 3 people for lunch,first time there. Refill of diet coke was charged for. Rediculous!Ridiculous!! I've never been to restaurant where refill of soda was charged. Not a new order or different drink, same drink just soda refill. Not good business.

Could not be more disappointed. I consistently here this is one of the best restaurants in lancaster but every time I get food from it I am very disappointed. I feel they have the ability to make great food but make critical errors in how they choose what should be on the Pizza. I think if they just let me come in and consult for a week I could make this the best restaurant in Lancaster. Unfortunately right now I can't recommend this restaurant.
