Pizza and service were good! Pizza is very unique and not like some of the other local pizza shops. A little more expensive than what I thought it should be, but I would definitely go back! Overall it was a great experience.
As foodies we tried to place the pizza crust ingredients. Bread flour? All purpose flour? A mix?? The crust is softer than the classic strong Italian bite/pull/chew pizzeria style. But holds up to the one hand fold/hold/bite with toppings. Our only TEENSY quibble would be to have ingredients closer to the edges with less outer crust. But who are we to judge a phenomenal product??
