First the waiter was very good. The carrots and polenta were great. The pork chop was flavorless and tough. Amish BBQ chicken is better than the chicken here.
they need to figure out their reservation system

The Plough is a popular restaurant in downtown Lancaster, known for its relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. The menu offers delicious dishes, with the Plough burger and chili flake fries being a standout choice. Guests appreciate the delicious whipped feta dip and the table bread with tahini butter, and the focaccia was delicious. The apple & goat cheese stuffed squash hit the taste buds with lovely surprises, a creative use of ingredients. The curried lamb lo mein was another winner. Drinks were great, the Fashion was a nice spin on the classic Old Fashion, and it did not disappoint, fabulous!
The food was phenomenal, with customers highly recommending the Slow Roasted Chicken Coq Au Vin, Roasted Butternut Squash & Tuscan Kale Spaghetti, and Duck & Salumi Bolognese. The waiter, Andrew, was attentive and kind, making the experience wonderful.
However, some customers found the food to be underseasoned, tasteless, and even burnt. The seasonal sorbet in fall being mango was also a disappointment. The starter courses, on the other hand, were the highlight, and customers recommend sticking to those.
Overall, the Plough offers a relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and a menu with a mix of delicious and disappointing dishes, making it a good option for some, but not for others.
